The new Yoga classes for beginners starting during the week of October 3rd-10th, 2016 will be taught in English, French, Romanian, Italian, Spanish and Russian.
The new Tantra classes for beginners will be taught in French.
Our classes are not just recordings – they are taught live, in real time, with both practice and theory, by internationally certified yoga teachers.
