The combination of oats and chia seeds is considered as the healthiest. These nutritious ingredients will supply your body with the needed energy for the upcoming day.

Oatmeal is a great source of beta-glucan soluble fiber, which is known to be very beneficial. Its regular consumption can reduce bad cholesterol, improve the cardiovascular health, and reduce bad cholesterol. What is more, oats are abundant with fiber, minerals, and protein.

Needed ingredients:
- 1 cup oats;
- 2 cups water;
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice;
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder;
- 2 tablespoons honey;
- 1 pinch sea salt;
- 4 tablespoons of chia seeds.

Put the cinnamon in a pot with water and bring to boil. When it reaches its boiling point, you should reduce the heat and add the oats and salt.

Let it boil for 5 minutes and remove it from heat. Add the chia seeds and cover, so they would swell. After it cools, add honey and stir well. At the end add the lemon juice. Enjoy!
