Hans Joachim Schellnhuber, a leading German scientist from the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK), believes that in order to save the planet from \u201cclimate change<\/em>,\u201d every person\u2019s carbon dioxide (CO2<\/sub>) emissions should be capped and regulated by the government.<\/p>\n

Calling the concept a \u201cplanetary guardrail<\/em>,\u201d Schellnhuber contends that every person should have a three-ton CO2<\/sub> emissions limit per year applied to their daily life. Those who exceed that amount should be forced to pay a fine, he says.<\/p>\n

Since every breath a person takes results in CO2<\/sub> being breathed out in exchange for oxygen, breathing would also have to be regulated. Those who wish to remain under the three-ton cap may need to take fewer breaths, likely resulting in much less exercise and physical exertion in order to keep heart rate low.<\/p>\n

Only the rich, based on Schellnhuber\u2019s idea, would be allowed to live normally. The poor would have to really cut back on everything, including breathing, in order to not be fined into oblivion.<\/p>\n

Alibaba developing \u201cpersonal carbon footprint tracker\u201d to monitor people\u2019s CO2<\/sub> emissions<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to \u201chave an environment worth living in<\/em>,\u201d according to Schellnhuber, CO2<\/sub> emissions need to be kept at a minimum \u2013 unless you have the cash to purchase access to a better quality of life.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery person gets three tons of CO2<\/sub> per year, but if you need more, you just have to buy it<\/em>,\u201d this climate fanatic is quoted as saying.<\/p>\n

Currently, the average German is emitting far more than three tons of CO2<\/sub> per year. A normal person emits about 10 tons of CO2<\/sub> per year, while some millionaires and billionaires emit upwards of 100 tons of CO2<\/sub> per year due to their huge ranches, tens, if not hundreds of personal cars, and private airplanes and yachts.<\/p>\n

A very select few of the very-rich, according to data from the Paris World Inequality Lab, emit more than 2,000 tons of CO2<\/sub> per year. These folks would easily be able to pay the necessary fines to continue flying around in their private jets and powering their many lavish estates dotting the world landscape.<\/p>\n

Only the poor would suffer from Schellnhuber\u2019s envisioned dystopia, which is what we have been saying all along about the climate change scam. It is a paradigm in which the rich get to do everything they want while the poor are imprisoned in a CO2<\/sub>-less misery existence.<\/p>\n

China-based Alibaba is currently working on a \u201cpersonal carbon footprint tracker<\/em>\u201d to keep track on the average person\u2019s CO2<\/sub> emissions. If commercialized, this is how Schellnhuber\u2019s plan could come to fruition in the near future.<\/p>\n

A prototype of that device was unveiled last year in Davos, Switzerland, at the World Economic Forum\u2019s (WEF) 2022 annual meeting, hosted by kingpin globalist Klaus Schwab. Alibaba Group President J. Michael Evans announced that China is well on its way to making that tracker a global reality.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are developing through technology the ability for consumers to measure their own carbon footprint, where are they travelling, how are they travelling, what are they eating, what are they consuming on the platform<\/em>,\u201d the former Goldman Sachs banker rambled.<\/p>\n

The goal, Evans concluded, is to \u201cincentivize<\/em>\u201d average folks to \u201cdo what is right, even if they were provided the opportunity to do what is wrong<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the globalists in attendance at this year\u2019s WEF gathering were living it up in luxury while the rest of the world is crushed under crippling inflation, which is yet another adverse effect of globalist control over the money supply.<\/p>\n
