It is summarized on YouTube as follows:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>After the President is incapacitated due to a bioterrorism attack during a National Security speech, the Vice President must step up to lead a unified response as the biological threat quickly spreads across the country<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"fitvidsignore\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/o6xQUp0iEpg?si=1JB0SN_lryx2XJt2\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Put in context, does this official 2024 \u201cmovie trailer\u201d brought to you by Senator Lieberman and his biodefense co-commissioners \u2013 depicting a \u201c<em>bioterrorism attack<\/em>\u201d and subsequent epidemic across America this fall \u2013 predict the impending \u201cnext pandemic\u201d that Bill Gates &amp; Co repeatedly warn about?<\/p>\n<p>Is this \u201c<em>the next phony baloney crisis to put Americans back where they belong<\/em>\u201d, to quote the Center for Disease Disinformation guy from <em>The Simpsons<\/em>?<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"fitvidsignore\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KJQdORRepjc?si=fZa0ujYZ1nPazC1y\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>America\u2019s Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The mighty U.S. Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense was established in 2014:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>It is an organization of former high-ranking government officials that analyzes US capabilities and capacity to defend against biological threats<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This private group is co-chaired by former U.S. senator Joe Lieberman and former U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, Tom Ridge.<\/p>\n<p>According to its website, the Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense has a mission that is focused on:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Recommending and promoting changes to U.S. policy and law to strengthen national biodefense while optimizing resource investments<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Commission\u2019s pivotal work was its 2015 report, <em>A National Blueprint for Biodefense<\/em>, which recommended key long-term legislative changes and policy reforms to Congress and the Executive Branch.<\/p>\n<p>According to Wikipedia:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>[The Commission] concluded that the United States was not prepared to respond to a large scale biological event \u2013 naturally occurring, accidentally released, or intentionally introduced<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the 2015 report described many biological threats, including the \u201c<em>mishandling of lethal biological agents by the U.S. government<\/em>\u201d, as reasons for making biodefense a high national priority.<\/p>\n<p>The Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense has held over 120 events \u2013 including panel discussions and presentations \u2013 since its inception a decade ago, and exerts extraordinary political influence. For example, in December 2015, the co-chairs and commissioners met with then-Vice President Joe Biden at the White House:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the findings and recommendations of the Panel, released previously in October 2015 in its National Blueprint for Biodefense, including the Panel\u2019s first recommendation, for the Vice President to take charge of the nation\u2019s biodefense enterprise. Vice President Biden assured all present that the White House took the biological threat \u2013 and the Panel\u2019s report \u2013 seriously<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Commission\u2019s current financial donors are Bavarian Nordic, which states: \u201c<em>a firm focus on vaccines stands at the core of everything we do<\/em>\u201d, and Open Philanthropy Project, with grants related to <em>Global Catastrophic Risks, Biosecurity and Pandemic Preparedness<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Its fiscal sponsor is the Hudson Institute.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-153382\" src=\"https:\/\/yogaesoteric.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/oct1-e1711907753590.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"560\" height=\"449\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yogaesoteric.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/oct1-e1711907753590.jpg 720w, https:\/\/yogaesoteric.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/oct1-e1711907753590-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 560px) 100vw, 560px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cProphetic\u201d on covid-19 \u2013 and \u201cinevitably the next pandemic\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following is an excerpt from introductory comments by Co-Chair Senator Joe Lieberman at the Commission\u2019s most recent event, <em>Meeting the Moment: Biodefense Policy, Procurement, and Public Health<\/em>, held on 13 December 2023 in Washington D.C.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Next year will be this Commission\u2019s tenth anniversary. [\u2026]<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>And the aim of course has been to better prepare our country to prevent and respond to an attack with bioweapons \u2013 which I need to say I thought was our priority concern when I was asked to be co-chair with Tom Ridge.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>There were times when the recommendations we made [to Congress and the Executive Branch] were right on target and I apologize for using the word almost prophetic.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Once [covid] did strike, our country rushed its way to some really remarkable responses particularly in the development of medical countermeasures, vaccines.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Now really this Commission is intent on doing whatever we can to prevent the government \u2013 our government \u2013 and the private sector, and the public from slipping back into a kind of lethargy between now and what will inevitably be the next pandemic<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The \u2018next pandemic\u2019? After we were promised they only occur once-in-a-century??<\/p>\n<p>Could the Commission\u2019s movie trailer be a forewarning of a strategic October Surprise?<\/p>\n<p>(Note: In the trailer, the bioterrorism attack looks more like a targeted bio-chem release, as described by Sasha Latypova in reference to toxins or hazardous substances deliberately deployed to mimic \u2018outbreaks\u2019 as part of staging fake pandemics.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cBiodefense\u201d (2024) the movie trailer \u2013 transcript<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Narrator<\/strong>: <em>The Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense presents a Trailer Studios production: \u201cBiodefense\u201d.
