U.S. President Joe Biden\u2019s interview with TIME magazine<\/a>, published on June 4th, is informative about U.S. President Joe Biden\u2019s plans to provoke both Russia and China into WW3 \u2014 using the war in Ukraine as the excuse for an American war with Russia, and using as an excuse to fight China a declaration of independence by Taiwan\u2019s government, for which the U.S. has long been propagandizing.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The U.S. has even been donating to Taiwan\u2019s government American weapons, in order to encourage it to declare its independence, and as a consequence to become invaded by China, so that the U.S. and its allies can cry out against \u201cChina\u2019s aggression<\/em>\u201d and then start yet another war to punish it.<\/p>\n

The U.S. Government itself has an official policy that \u201cThe United States acknowledges that all Chinese on either side of the Taiwan Strait maintain there is but one China, and that Taiwan is a part of China<\/em>.\u201d That policy even has a name: \u201cthe One-China policy\u201d<\/a>. So: America\u2019s official policy is that Taiwan is a Province of China. But at the same time, is arming it in order to provoke war.<\/p>\n

The TIME<\/em> article pretends to include \u201cfact checks<\/em>\u201d of Biden\u2019s allegations, but the most important of those checks are based upon dubious sources, such as the following important statement from Biden, which expresses his view that defeating Russia in Ukraine is a realistic primary objective of his Presidency:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Russian military has been decimated. You don\u2019t write about that. It\u2019s been freaking decimated<\/em><\/a>.<\/em>\u201d <\/em>[TIME<\/em>\u2019s fact check: \u201cThe Facts: This is a fair assessment, according to <\/em>a Reuters report<\/em><\/a> [December 12, 2023] on a declassified U.S. intelligence assessment provided to Congress<\/em>\u201d <\/em>[but never made public; so, what does \u2018declassified\u2019 even mean here, regarding a report which might not even exist, or be from untrustworthy sources?]. \u201cThe intelligence<\/em> [what intelligence?] determined that Russia had 360,000 active military personnel when it invaded Ukraine in February of 2022. By December of last year, 315,000 Russian troops had been either killed or injured in the war \u2014 a reduction in troop strength by 87%.<\/em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Then, TIME<\/em> observes that Biden \u201c(Pulls out a <\/em>copy<\/em><\/a> of the speech Putin delivered on Feb. 21, 2022) \u2026\u2026. You probably haven\u2019t read it. Most people haven\u2019t read it. He [Putin] says this is part of reestablishing the Soviet Union.<\/em> [No \u2018fact check\u2019 there, but Putin never said that.] That\u2019s what this is all about.<\/em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

That speech by Putin wasn\u2019t aiming to explain the war in Ukraine that began three days later; he wasn\u2019t so stupid as to be referring to a special military operation before it occurred \u2014 but Biden\u2019s statement published on June 4, 2024 pretends otherwise. Putin\u2019s actual speech to his nation explaining why he had decided to invade Ukraine occurred on February 24, 2022<\/a>. It, too, was very long and winding, and wasted much time detailing history that wasn\u2019t directly relevant to the urgent national-security concerns which made this war necessary; and Putin said:<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/em>It is a fact that over the past 30 years we have been patiently pursuing to come to an agreement with the leading NATO countries regarding the principles of equal and indivisible security in Europe. In response to our proposals, we invariably faced either cynical deception and lies or attempts at pressure and blackmail, while the North Atlantic alliance continued to expand despite our protests and concerns. Its military machine is moving and, as I said, is approaching our very border. \u2026\u2026.<\/em><\/p>\n

In December 2021, we made yet another attempt to reach agreement with the United States and its allies on the principles of European security and NATO\u2019s non-expansion. Our efforts were in vain. The United States has not changed its position. It does not believe it necessary to agree with Russia on a matter that is critical for us. The United States is pursuing its own objectives, while neglecting our interests. \u2026\u2026.<\/em><\/p>\n

We can see that the forces that staged the coup in Ukraine in 2014 have seized power, are keeping it with the help of ornamental election procedures and have abandoned the path of a peaceful conflict settlement. For eight years, for eight endless years we have been doing everything possible to settle the situation by peaceful political means. Everything was in vain. \u2026\u2026.<\/em><\/p>\n

I have already said that Russia accepted the new geopolitical reality after the dissolution of the USSR. We have been treating all new post-Soviet states with respect and will continue to act this way. We respect and will respect their sovereignty, as proven by the assistance we provided to Kazakhstan when it faced tragic events and a challenge in terms of its statehood and integrity. However, Russia cannot feel safe, develop, and exist while facing a permanent threat from the territory of today\u2019s Ukraine. \u2026\u2026.<\/em><\/p>\n

They did not leave us any other option for defending Russia and our people, other than the one we are forced to use today. In these circumstances, we have to take bold and immediate action.<\/em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

What\u2019s so special about Ukraine, for Russia? The answer is simple: it is the only country whose border reaches only about 300 miles away from Kremlin, which the U.S. Government seems to aim to obliterate by positioning a missile there, to blitz-decapitate Russia\u2019s central command.<\/p>\n

On December 17, 2021, Russia formally presented<\/a>, both to the U.S. Government and to NATO, its national-security demands and proposed peace treaty provisions that have since 1991 been violated by the U.S. and NATO. Both documents included the issue of broken promises the U.S. Government and NATO had made to Gorbachev prior to his 1991 termination of both the Soviet Union and its communism,<\/em> that if the Soviet Union and its communism would end, then NATO would not expand \u201ceven one inch to the east\u201d toward Russia\u2019s border<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Russia\u2019s provisions in these two draft-documents on December 17, 2021 prohibited further expansion of NATO, and explicitly prohibited Ukraine (whose border is far closer to Kremlin than any other nation is) to become a member-nation of NATO. These demands from Russia were similar to America\u2019s JFK having demanded from the Soviet Union, in 1962, that Cuba not receive Soviet missiles \u2014 but even more so than back then, because whereas Washington DC is only 1,131 miles from Cuba, Ukraine is only 317 miles from Kremlin \u2014 a mere 5-minute missile flight away from decapitating Russia\u2019s central command.<\/p>\n

Both of Putin\u2019s documents were completely rejected on January 7, 2022<\/a>, and this rejection by NATO and the U.S. \u2014 and refusal to propose their own provisions, absolute refusal to negotiate with Russia over Russia\u2019s needs in order for it to be able to consider America and NATO to be anything other than deadly enemies of Russia \u2014 unquestionably sparked Putin\u2019s decision to invade Ukraine. He was compelled by America and NATO to address Russia\u2019s national-security necessities now by force since America and NATO refused to participate in diplomatic resolution of these matters.<\/p>\n

The key demand on December 17, 2021 in the NATO draft document, was: \u201cArticle 6: All member States of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization commit themselves to refrain from any further enlargement of NATO, including the accession of Ukraine as well as other States.\u201d<\/a> So: for Biden now to be saying that, instead, Putin\u2019s February 21, 2022 speech indicated that \u201cHe [Putin] says this is part of reestablishing the Soviet Union<\/em>,\u201d is a vicious and dangerous lie. And, so, also TIME<\/em>\u2019s so-called fact check is deceit of the public on a very high order.<\/p>\n

TIME<\/em> asked Biden, \u201cSo what is the endgame in Ukraine and what does peace look like there?<\/em>\u201d He responded: \u201cPeace looks like making sure Russia never, never, never, never occupies Ukraine. That\u2019s what peace looks like. And it doesn\u2019t mean NATO, they are part of NATO<\/em>.\u201d (TIME<\/em> again offered no \u2018fact check\u2019 on Biden\u2019s blatantly false allegation that Ukraine is part of NATO.)<\/p>\n

That\u2019s Biden\u2019s plan to start a direct war with Russia.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s his plan to start fighting China as well:<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/em>I\u2019ve spent more time with Xi Jinping than any leader in the world, over 90 hours alone with him since I\u2019ve been Vice President. And we have a very candid relationship.<\/em><\/p>\n

You know, I don\u2019t have any (unintelligible). He wanted to know why I was doing all these actions. I said the simple reason I\u2019m doing those actions is to make sure that you don\u2019t, that you aren\u2019t able to change the status quo in any way.<\/em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Here is the \u201cstatus quo<\/em>\u201d ever since 1972:<\/p>\n

The U.S. Government said, and signed with China\u2019s Government, in 1972, the Shanghai Communique<\/em>, including \u201cThe U.S. side declared: The United States acknowledges that all Chinese on either side of the Taiwan Strait maintain there is but one China, and that Taiwan is a part of China.\u201d<\/a> George W. Bush\u2019s Administration tried unsuccessfully in 2007 to outlaw internationally the phrase \u201cTaiwan is a part of China\u201d<\/a>; and, so, the Shanghai Communique<\/em> has remained the official U.S. Government policy to this day.<\/p>\n

On July 19, 2023, I headlined and documented an article titled Biden wants to go to war against China<\/em>. It opened:<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/em>His plan is to arm Taiwan and entice it to announce its complete independence from China \u2014 that Taiwan is no mere province of China but instead an independent country \u2014 which announcement would then immediately force China either to invade it, or else to accept Taiwan\u2019s becoming a separate and independent country.<\/em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Taiwan\u2019s new leader has complied with that, even in his inaugural address.<\/a> Will Biden go to war against China in the months leading up to the November 5th U.S. elections, if China invades Taiwan? How much international backing would the U.S. regime have if it did that?<\/p>\n

The Buildup To WW3 Is Now At An Advanced Stage<\/strong><\/p>\n

On October 27, 2022, I headlined NATO wants to place nuclear missiles on Finland\u2019s Russian border \u2014 Finland says yes<\/em>, and explained that the U.S. Government had already won a huge victory against Russia by getting Finland into NATO and receiving Finland\u2019s promise that America will be allowed to place its nukes there, only 507 miles away from Moscow. It was a huge victory against Russia, but disastrous for Finland, which consequently became perhaps the first target now for Russia\u2019s missiles.<\/p>\n

Russia has the capacity to defeat Finland in WW3, as it had done when Finland participated in Hitler\u2019s Operation Barbarossa<\/em> to conquer Russia during WW2 \u2014 and lost. Now Finland isn\u2019t merely another colony of the U.S. empire, but it\u2019s the likeliest one of them to be the first to become obliterated if WW3 breaks out. Of course, Finland had joined NATO in order to increase its national security against Russia, which had posed no threat to Finland and had been friendly towards it.<\/p>\n

And, as Russia comes nearer and nearer to winning in Ukraine the America\u2019s proxy-war, NATO military alliance is panicking as it contemplates becoming even more involved in this fight than they already are, and the two main proposals being discussed by the NATO countries are to send their troops into Ukraine to join the war directly, and to send into Ukraine the types of weapons that it has been pleading for in order to be able to make this war as destructive to Russia as possible. But, now, Russia has laid down the gauntlet, saying that if either of those two measures occurs, then NATO itself will suffer great consequences.<\/p>\n

On May 28, 2024, Russia\u2019s RT News<\/em> headlined Putin warns West about consequences of long-range strikes on Russia<\/em><\/a> from Ukraine, and he said that \u201cthese representatives of NATO countries, especially in Europe, especially in small countries, should be aware of what they are playing with<\/em>,\u201d when they talk of such measures.<\/p>\n

That same day, RT<\/em> also headlined NATO training for nuclear strike on Russia \u2013 general<\/em><\/a>, and reported:<\/p>\n

\u201cNATO nations are preparing for possible nuclear strikes on Russia, a senior Moscow general has warned.<\/em><\/p>\n

Vladimir Kulishov, the first deputy director of Russia\u2019s Federal Security Service (FSB), and head of the country\u2019s Border Guard Service, outlined threats that his branch has to deal with in an interview with <\/em>RIA Novosti.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u2018NATO intelligence operations close to the Russian border are on the rise. Forces of the alliance are intensifying military training, in which they work out military scenarios against the Russian Federation, including nuclear strikes on our territory,\u2019 he told the news agency<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

On May 27th, a slew of articles portrayed some of America\u2019s colonies becoming even less enthusiastic to be part of America\u2019s war against Russia than they had been before:<\/p>\n

So, will Finland now fulfil the promise it had made to become the closest of all locations to allow U.S. nukes to be placed against Moscow? After all, if Finland were secretly to offer a bilateral peace treaty with Russia, then how much would Russia be willing to offer Finland in order to make it occur, given that the first NATO country to quit the organization might ultimately turn into the first of many countries to want similar deals?<\/p>\n

This 21st Century is likely to be the Eur-Asian Century, and the American Century actually ended around 25 years ago. Looking to the future, should European states remain colonies of the U.S. empire, or instead become free, independent, and sovereign countries who trade freely with Russia, China, and the rest of Asia?<\/p>\n
