ASANA is a quiescent posture with a specific concentration. It is more than just a physical exercise; it is a modality of psychosomatic integration. This gentle and full of admiration closeness to the being\u2019s mysteries is based on postural re-education and aims towards the spiritual awakening with the help of the body.<\/p>\n<p>He who practices it, discovers inner peace and harmony, noticing at the same time that his energy and vital level grow considerably. So, an ASANA is a static posture that eases the subconscious mental and physical schemes. Such schemes trouble and even block the person\u2019s free movement and creativity. Unconscious and restrictive, they often develop as a reaction to accidents, diseases, shocks, emotional traumas due to daily life stress, worries, heavy responsibilities, unsatisfaction and sadness. They manifest as tension, holding back, rigidity or stiffness, pain or function limitation.<\/p>\n<p>In a static posture, suggesting to the body tissues, by an adequate concentration, a new way of being and feeling, easier and freer, the consciousness transmits messages to the reception system that responds by relaxation, energy and well-being. Thus, we feel consciousness and emotions loosen, together with the body.<\/p>\n<p>Assiduous practice with a proper awareness of the yoga special postures, known as ASANA, triggers multiple resonance phenomena with different subtle vibration levels or Universe\u2019s energy focal points.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The prevalent more and more felt effects (or YOGA-attitudes) are:<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Equilibrium<br \/>\n\u2022 Self confidence<br \/>\n\u2022 More energy<br \/>\n\u2022 Resistance to stress and tiredness<br \/>\n\u2022 A relaxing sensation of calm well-being<br \/>\n\u2022 Fast regeneration<br \/>\n\u2022 A better rest due to complete plug off<br \/>\n\u2022 Creativity and concentration<br \/>\n\u2022 Accumulation of energy<br \/>\n\u2022 Physical and psychic re-harmonization<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here are some examples of yoga body postures and some of their physical and psychic effects:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>VIRASANA \u2013 THE POSTURE OF THE HERO<\/strong><br \/>\nAmplifies vital energy and increases intuition.
