His stand, rooted in his Christian beliefs, has led to a dramatic escalation.<\/p>\n<p>Burke, employed at a Christian school, expected his view\u2014that only two sexes exist\u2014would be respected, but he was mistaken. Sharing his ordeal on X, he revealed in a video that his \u20ac750 weekly salary didn\u2019t arrive on payday, and his \u20ac40,000 life savings were taken from his raided account. The Church of Ireland has apparently gone as woke as its counterpart, the Church of England. Simply for refusing to violate his conscience and submit to transgender ideology, Burke said he subsequently spent 500 days in jail. \u201c<em>I refused to be compelled into promoting an anti-Christian belief in the [Christian] school where I was employed<\/em>,\u201d the young teacher said.<\/p>\n<p>And now there\u2019s the seizure of his money. It is worth noting that the European Union, of which Ireland is a member, is currently planning to expedite its digital euro, which would make it even easier for the government to seize a person\u2019s money, even potentially without any trial. For a long time now, in Communist China, the government can immediately shut off digital funds for dissidents.<\/p>\n<p>Burke slammed Ireland\u2019s top leadership, including PM Miche\u00e1l Martin, who lives a life of luxury off taxpayer money while defying taxpayers\u2019 wishes and laughing at the crises plaguing Ireland.<\/p>\n<p>In a separate post announcing the seizure of his \u20ac40,000 bank account and his teaching salary, along with authorization to seize any other of Burke\u2019s assets, Burke emphasized the rigged court system:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Senior Counsel Brian Kennedy SC for the Attorney General was granted as much time as he wished to make his submissions in Court on this unprecedented matter and was not questioned in any way by the bench. By contrast, when Enoch Burke rose to speak, he was cut off after only 5 minutes by Mr. Justice David Nolan, who repeatedly interrupted him. The Judge then delivered his pre-prepared ruling immediately.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Enoch Burke sought to draw attention to the fact that the root cause of this case, the principal\u2019s direction to all staff to address a male student by a new name and the \u2018they\u2019 pronoun, has never been assessed for its constitutionality or lawfulness by any Court, despite these proceedings being now ongoing for more than 2.5 years. When Enoch Burke read out Article 44 of the Irish Constitution, which binds the State to \u2018respect and honour religion\u2019, he was immediately shut down by Judge David Nolan.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Even Burke\u2019s short written submissions were not allowed to be brought or read in court.
