Within about a year, she was diagnosed with rapidly progressing stage IV bladder cancer. *<em>Bladder cancer is rare in young women.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dysregulation of cancer driver genes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Multi-omic profiling of her blood, plasma, and urine exosomes revealed dysregulated expression and signalling in multiple cancer driver genes. These included oncogenes (KRAS, NRAS, PIK3CA, MAPK1) and DNA repair\/tumour suppressor genes (ATM, CHD4, SF3B1). This pattern demonstrates genome instability and impaired DNA repair mechanisms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vaccine sequence detected in DNA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The study detected a host\u2013vector chimeric read \u2013 a short DNA fragment that contains both human DNA and a piece of the spike protein sequence identical to the covid-19 vaccine sequence. The sequence matches a Pfizer reference, because Moderna\u2019s exact plasmid sequence (used in the vaccine) is not publicly available.<\/li>\n<li>The sequence contained a 20-base exact match with part of the spike open reading frame used in covid-19 mRNA vaccine constructs. *<em>The spike open reading frames are broadly similar across mRNA vaccine platforms.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>The probability of a random 20-base sequence perfectly matching a predefined target is approximately 1 in a trillion, making the alignment statistically compelling and ruling out incidental artifact.<\/li>\n<li>This fragment was found on chromosome 19 (region 19q13.42), outside the canonical AAVS1 \u201c<em>safe harbour<\/em>\u201d and within a gene-dense, recombination-prone regulatory region. This location carries risk of transcriptional disruption, fusion transcript formation, and oncogenic potential.<\/li>\n<li>This represents a genomic integration event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Authors\u2019 Interpretation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is the first documented case of vaccine-derived sequences integrated into human DNA.<\/p>\n<p>The integration site lies outside safe harbour regions, meaning it disrupts normal gene regulation.<\/p>\n<p>The findings are described as \u201c<em>biologically plausible<\/em>\u201d and \u201c<em>highly unusual<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The authors call for urgent follow-up studies, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Long-read sequencing to verify the integration event.<\/li>\n<li>Genomic surveillance in vaccinated persons.<\/li>\n<li>Large-scale research into the effects of synthetic mRNA vaccine platforms on genome integrity and cancer risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I also want to point out that this finding reinforces why vaccinated people should not donate blood.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This case report shows that mRNA vaccine sequences became integrated into the genome of a cancer patient, along with major disruptions in key genes.<\/p>\n<p>The evidence makes it clear that all covid-19 mRNA vaccines should be immediately withdrawn from the market.
