But he himself admits: other countries will not be able to develop their own technology<em>.<\/em> In other words: sovereignty is an aspect of the past.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Gates Foundation as a global systems architect<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Gates Foundation wants to provide the \u201c<em>universal infrastructure<\/em>\u201d:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Moja Loop \u2013 a global financial switchboard through which all transactions pass.<\/li>\n<li>MoSiP \u2013 a digital identity that Gates describes as \u201c<em>extremely valuable<\/em>\u201d for finance, health, elections and education.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This ID thus covers the most sensitive areas of life \u2013 a perfect instrument for seamless citizen control.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The smartphone as a digital leash<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The private sector is being brought in to build apps at this controlled level. The smartphone becomes the leash of the poor \u2013 a \u201c<em>cost-effective<\/em>\u201d surveillance tool. No more \u201c<em>expensive human intervention<\/em>\u201d is needed: behaviour and finances can be controlled automatically. Creditworthiness, insurance, consumption \u2013 everything is managed by algorithm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Developing countries as test laboratories<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gates openly admits that developing countries are easier to control: they lack \u201c<em>legacy systems<\/em>,\u201d established safeguards. There, a digital panopticon can be built before democratic processes in the West can offer resistance. \u201c<em>Global inclusion<\/em>\u201d is merely the gateway.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Agenda 2030 and digital identity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anyone watching closely will recognize the common thread: Gates is one of the key drivers of Agenda 2030, digital IDs, and the idea of a single global infrastructure. Financial inclusion is merely the Trojan horse \u2013 behind it lies the plan to lure all people into a unified control system that extends beyond health, education, and elections.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion: Freedom or control?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bill Gates presents his blueprint as progress.
