\n \u201fThe Camp Fire and other recent
\ncatastrophic wildfires have revealed the weakness and fallibility of cellular
\nsystems in an emergency. There is little doubt that people died because they did not
\nreceive timely warnings from a wireless communications network that was already
\ncompromised by fire when it was needed most. Let’s learn from this
