Because officially, there is supposedly no global technocratic governance architecture. But that&#8217;s exactly what this paper looks like.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The WHO is at the heart of the digital identity system<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Particularly striking: The WHO is not only mentioned \u2013 it is directly part of the emerging infrastructure architecture.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-235902\" src=\"https:\/\/yogaesoteric.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/2-4-e1780945285431-300x169.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"560\" height=\"316\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yogaesoteric.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/2-4-e1780945285431-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/yogaesoteric.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/2-4-e1780945285431.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 560px) 100vw, 560px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Health is explicitly presented as part of the global digital infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>This is strongly reminiscent of the covid era:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>digital vaccination certificates,<\/li>\n<li>QR codes,<\/li>\n<li>access controls,<\/li>\n<li>health apps,<\/li>\n<li>international travel clearances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Back then, it was called: \u201c<em>temporary emergency measures<\/em>.\u201d Now it seems that this is becoming a permanent global infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cGlobal Trust\u201d \u2013 who decides whom to trust?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One of the most dangerous terms in the document is: \u201c<em>Global Trust Registries<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Technically, this probably means:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>which wallets are valid,<\/li>\n<li>which identities are accepted,<\/li>\n<li>which certificates are trustworthy,<\/li>\n<li>and which institutions will have access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>But who controls these registers?<\/p>\n<p>Who will decide in the future:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>what is trustworthy,<\/li>\n<li>which identity is legitimate,<\/li>\n<li>which organization receives access<\/li>\n<li>or which digital rights will be blocked?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is precisely where the real question of power begins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>From democracy to technocratic administration?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The document repeatedly uses terms such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201c<em>digital commons<\/em>\u201d,<\/li>\n<li>\u201c<em>public-private partnerships<\/em>\u201d,<\/li>\n<li>\u201c<em>global governance<\/em>\u201d,<\/li>\n<li>\u201c<em>interoperability<\/em>\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>From the outside, it sounds modern and efficient.<\/p>\n<p>Critics, however, see this as the language of a new technocratic order: a world in which political decisions are increasingly determined by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>standards,<\/li>\n<li>algorithms,<\/li>\n<li>platforms,<\/li>\n<li>certification systems<\/li>\n<li>and international governance networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unelected corporations and supranational institutions would thus increasingly define the rules of digital life.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Big Tech is directly in control<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Particularly noteworthy: According to the document, Google even acts as a \u201c<em>Chair<\/em>\u201d within the Council.<\/p>\n<p>This means that a private US technology company is effectively involved in shaping global digital infrastructure standards.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visa,<\/li>\n<li>Mastercard<\/li>\n<li>Apple,<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft<\/li>\n<li>and other tech giants directly involved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This merges:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>digital identity,<\/li>\n<li>payment transactions,<\/li>\n<li>data control,<\/li>\n<li>platform power<\/li>\n<li>and global administrative systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The danger: Whoever controls digital identity also controls, in the long term:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>access,<\/li>\n<li>transactions<\/li>\n<li>communication,<\/li>\n<li>and social participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Switzerland as a symbol of global governance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The venue further reinforces the symbolism: Geneva. Davos. World Bank. WHO. International organizations.
