Tired of overwork, approximately one-third of Americans<br \/>\nnow strive to meditate in the morning. In fact, the poll of 2,000 people found that time<br \/>\nset aside for mindfulness is considered to be nearly as important as coffee or exercise<br \/>\nbefore work.<\/p>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/all_uploads\/uploads5\/iunie 2020\/8\/23647_1.jpg\" align=\"center\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>  As GoodNewsNetwork reports, the survey<br \/>\nsought to explore people&#8217;s morning routines and lifestyles. The questions focused<br \/>\non how people wished to spend their time. If anything, the results revealed that the<br \/>\nself-care movement is alive and well.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>  Americans are embracing the concept of meditation,<br \/>\nparticularly for the contemplative and mood-elevating effects. In the poll, 36% said<br \/>\nthat their &#8220;perfect morning routine&#8221; includes setting aside to meditate, or<br \/>\nrest in silence and calm their minds. Similarly, 24% said yoga is part of their ideal<br \/>\nmorning routine.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>  A whopping 40 percent of participants said they<br \/>\nprefer exercising first thing in the morning to set up their day. They prefer to elevate<br \/>\ntheir blood pressure before starting their work day or jumping into reading the<br \/>\nnews.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>  The survey was conducted by OnePoll in conjunction<br \/>\nwith Thermador. Poll results show that two-thirds of people (65%) are longing for more<br \/>\ncontrol of their mornings. Furthermore, 77% rate their mornings as &#8220;busy.&#8221;<br \/>\nOne in five respondents said that they are always in a rush to get out of the door each<br \/>\nmorning.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>    <strong>9 Things Americans deem essential for the<br \/>\nperfect morning routine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>  1. Coffee (52%)<br \/>\n  2. Tasty breakfast (41%)<br \/>\n  3. Exercise (40%)<br \/>\n  4. Meditation (36%)<br \/>\n  5. Watch the news (33%)<br \/>\n  6. Read the news (31%)<br \/>\n  7. Listen to a podcast (27%)<br \/>\n  8. Have a juice (26%)<br \/>\n  9.
