The Israeli-American non-war with Iran: Technology<\/strong><\/p>\n

Involuntarily, and perhaps even unknowingly, we have been drawn into an international hybrid war. The old adage, \u201cThe first casualty of war is truth<\/em>,\u201d no longer suffices to describe how we are attacked and misled by information weaponized as a weapon. As difficult as it may be to grasp, the goal of a hybrid war is not necessarily victory in a military confrontation. Strategically speaking, kinetic warfare is only one aspect of the \u201cmulti-domain battlespace<\/em>.\u201d In hybrid warfare, wars may not be fought to assert dominance or gain geopolitical advantages, but rather to achieve economic, technological, monetary, or other socio-technical objectives.<\/p>\n

Information manipulation is a hybrid weapon that goes beyond the usual war propaganda we may be familiar with. This hybrid weapon is carefully designed to achieve specific cognitive effects. This type of propaganda is not limited to simply mobilizing support for national war efforts. It also includes sowing confusion, deliberately causing fear and distress among one’s own population, and selectively reporting or omitting information to achieve multi-domain victories \u2013 even to the point of deliberately losing or appearing to lose military conflicts. All of these propaganda tools have been integrated into today’s \u201csuccessful\u201d strategies of hybrid warfare. Only by being fully aware of and vigilant against hybrid warfare can we begin to understand the propaganda narratives imposed upon us.<\/p>\n

If anything we are told about the comparable military capabilities of nation-states worldwide is true, then it is militarily impossible for the US to wage war against Iran in the manner described, despite the vast number of media reports claiming otherwise. Current military technology should make it impossible for the US to block the exit from the Strait of Hormuz \u2013 unless there is a certain degree of agreement.<\/p>\n

There are two possible explanations for why the reporting contradicts reality. The first is that all governments of all countries are working together to conceal the truth about current military technology, making the reports simply a collective fabrication. The second is that the so-called Israeli-American war against Iran is, to some extent, a hoax. Since it seems highly improbable that all governments are \u201cin cahoots,\u201d the latter possibility appears most likely.<\/p>\n

If this is the case, it logically presupposes a certain degree of international coordination between the alleged warring parties. This does not mean that they have the same purpose, or that there is no competition for resources or geopolitical advantages. Recall our earlier analogy to a corporate mission statement.<\/p>\n

There are many elements of this war that suggest it is merely a charade. As we will soon see, some of the proposed operational plans, particularly those proposed by the US, are ludicrous. Perhaps most striking is that the likely outcome has been planned for at least a generation.<\/p>\n

However, it should be considered that mentioning the possibility of a theatrical war staging is not intended to downplay the struggle of people oppressed by their governments or the suffering of families who lose their relatives in the course of this staging.<\/p>\n

If we believe the official narrative presented by various state propagandists, then this means that at the time of writing, a fragile ceasefire is in place while Pakistan hosts preliminary negotiations. There is little reason to believe any of this, but that is supposedly the situation.<\/p>\n
