Seven citizens suffering from serious health problems after receiving their covid-19 vaccinations have sued a number of prominent figures \u2013 including former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, Bill Gates, several former ministers, and former editors-in-chief of NOS and the newspaper <em>De Telegraaf<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-248085\" src=\"https:\/\/yogaesoteric.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/covv-e1793130623878.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"560\" height=\"344\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yogaesoteric.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/covv-e1793130623878.webp 620w, https:\/\/yogaesoteric.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/covv-e1793130623878-300x184.webp 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 560px) 100vw, 560px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The central question is whether the plaintiffs were deliberately deceived to induce them to accept what they considered to be a dangerous substance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>These are clients who are not satisfied with compensation, but want to know the truth<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cA project, not a disease\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Attorney Peter Stassen represented the plaintiffs in court. His argument goes far beyond the claim that something simply went wrong with the vaccination. According to him, it was not a genuine public health initiative from the outset.<\/p>\n<p>Stassen declared that covid-19 was not a disease but a \u201c<em>project<\/em>,\u201d citing the book <em>Covid-19: The Great Reset<\/em> by Klaus Schwab, the founder of the World Economic Forum. He described the coronavirus vaccines in this context as biological weapons used as part of a deliberate population reduction agenda.<\/p>\n<p>Stassen described Schwab&#8217;s book as \u201c<em>Mein Kampf 2.0<\/em>\u201d and those involved as the executors of a \u201c<em>satanic, misanthropic project<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conference and Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"fitvidsignore\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VBmK8EnpHDo?si=pDDbSbzk8YND-Nng\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Experts who are hardly heard elsewhere<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stassen brought two international experts into the process: Sasha Latypova, a former executive in the pharmaceutical industry, and psychotherapist Joseph Sansone.<\/p>\n<p>Latypova submitted a detailed report arguing that the mRNA vaccines were not developed as regular pharmaceuticals, but rather as military \u201c<em>countermeasures<\/em>\u201d under US biodefense legislation. According to her, this meant that the usual safety standards were not applied to the same extent.<\/p>\n<p>According to Stassen, this report has been available to the defendants and the court for months. Neither party has yet addressed its content. \u201c<em>That says it all<\/em>,\u201d the lawyer declared in the courtroom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The state disagrees: conspiracy theories instead of evidence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The representative of the Dutch state, lawyer Veldhuis, rejected the accusations. He emphasized that the pandemic was real, that more than 48,000 Dutch people had died from covid-19, and that the vaccines had been approved by independent bodies such as the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Health Council.<\/p>\n<p>Veldhuis stated that the plaintiffs did not substantiate their accusations with reliable facts, but rather with \u201c<em>unfounded conspiracy theories<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>He also criticized the fact that certain board members and scientists had been summoned to their private residences. These persons were subjected to hate campaigns, death threats, and intimidation. In his view, the media coverage surrounding the legal dispute contributed to this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plaintiffs describe serious health consequences<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the hearing, the plaintiffs were also given the opportunity to speak in person.<\/p>\n<p>One of them reported suffering brain haemorrhages after the vaccination. He underwent three operations, including open-heart surgery, and his health remains severely impaired to this day.<\/p>\n<p>The ex-husband of another plaintiff stated that she could now barely move and could no longer speak. She had received neither a package insert nor sufficient information. The resulting health problems had ultimately destroyed their relationship.<\/p>\n<p>Two other plaintiffs described their ongoing fear of possible long-term consequences of the injection. Two of the original seven plaintiffs have since died.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verdict expected in early 2027<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The court clarified that this civil case could only address the vaccinations themselves. General covid-19 policies and lockdowns were not the subject of the proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>The judge emphasized that finding the truth is one of the court&#8217;s core tasks.
