During a recent roundtable discussion entitled\u00a0Focus On Fauci<\/em>, Robert Kennedy Jr., Dr. Judy A. Mikovitis, PhD, Rocco Galati, Sacha Stone, and Dr. David Martin delved into the long criminal history of the grossly unqualified \u201cAmerica\u2019s Doctor<\/em>,\u201d Anthony Fauci.<\/p>\n

During\u00a0an excerpt<\/a>,\u00a0which is transcribed below, of that discussion, Dr. David Martin explains that these new mRNA so-called \u201cvaccines\u201d do not, in fact, qualify under the FDA\u2019s own legal definition of a vaccine.<\/p>\n

This is a crucially important issue because the government \u2013 and media legal pundits like Alan Dershowitz \u2013 have been invoking the 1905 Jacobson vs Massachusetts case in which the U.S. Supreme court upheld that the States have the right to enforce compulsory vaccination laws. If these mRNA \u201cvaccines<\/em>\u201d are not legally vaccines \u2013 but rather medical devices \u2013 then the government has no legal right to force anyone to submit to them.<\/p>\n

Dr. David Martin explains:
\n\u201cLet\u2019s make sure we\u2019re clear on something \u2013 let\u2019s stipulate that this is not a vaccine. We\u2019re using the term \u2018vaccine\u2019 to sneak this product under public health exemptions. This is not a vaccine. This is an mRNA \u2013 packaged in a fat envelope \u2013 that is delivered to a cell. It is a medical device designed to stimulate the human cell into becoming a pathogen creator. It is not a vaccine \u2013 vaccines are actually a legally-defined term, and they\u2019re legally defined term under public health law \u2013 they\u2019re legally defined term under CDC and FDA standards.<\/em><\/p>\n

And a vaccine \u2013 specifically \u2013 has to stimulate both an immunity in the person receiving it \u2013 but it also has to disrupt transmission (of the virus, among community). And that is not what this (Anti-Covid 19 vaccine) is. They have been abundantly clear in saying that the mRNA strand that is going into the cell is not to stop transmission. It is a treatment. But if it were discussed as a treatment, it would not get the sympathetic ear of public health authorities because then people would say, \u2018What other treatments are there?\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n

The use of the term \u2018vaccine\u2019 is unconscionable for both the legal definition of it, but also it is actually also the \u2018sucker punch\u2019 to open and free discourse \u2013 because by saying \u2018vaccine\u2019 you dump it into a product where you can be anti- or pro- the therapy. But if you actually talked about it as a therapy remember \u2013 because people almost forgot this \u2013 Moderna was started as a chemotherapy company for cancer, not a vaccine manufacturer for SARS! If we said we were going to give people a prophylactic chemotherapy for the cancer they don\u2019t have, you\u2019d be laughed out of a room \u2013 because it\u2019s a stupid idea.<\/em><\/p>\n

That\u2019s exactly what this is \u2013 this is a mechanical device in the form of a very small packet of technology that is being inserted into the human system and activate the cell to become a pathogen manufacturing site. And I refuse to stipulate \u2013 in any conversations \u2013 that this is a \u2018vaccine\u2019 issue. The only reason why the term is being used is to abuse the 1905 Jacobson case that has been misrepresented since it was written.<\/em><\/p>\n

And if we were honest with this, we would actually call it what it is \u2013 it is a chemical pathogen device that is actually meant to unleash a chemical pathogen production action within a cell. It is a medical device \u2013 not a drug \u2013 because it meets the CDRH [FDA\u2019s Center for Devices and Radiological Health] definition of a device. It is not a living system \u2013 it is not a biologic system \u2013 it is a physical technology \u2013 it just occurs to come in the size of a molecular package.<\/em><\/p>\n

So we need to be really clear in making sure we don\u2019t fall for their game \u2013 because their game is \u2013 if we talk about it as a \u2018vaccine\u2019, then we are going to get into a \u2018vaccine\u2019 conservation \u2013 but this is not \u2013 by their own admission \u2013 a vaccine. As a result, it must be clear to everyone listening that we will not fall for this failed definition \u2013 just like we won\u2019t fall for their industrial-chemical definition of \u2018health\u2019 \u2013 because both of them are functionally flawed and are an explicit violation of the legal construct that is being exploited\u2026 If you stipulate that it is a \u2018vaccine\u2019, you\u2019ve already lost the battle\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n

80% of the people allegedly exposed to the virus have no symptoms at all \u2013 they are called \u2018asymptomatic carriers\u2019. 80% of the people who get this injected into them have a \u2018clinical adverse event\u2019. You are getting injected with a chemical substance to induce illness \u2013 not to induce a immune-transmissive response. In other words, nothing about this is going to stop you from transmitting anything.
