It includes both a theoretical part, where you&#8217;ll learn different ancient, authentic yoga techniques, spiritual principles and valuable esoteric knowledge about the chakras, Hatha Yoga, Meditation, etc., as well as a practical part, where you&#8217;ll exercise, together with the instructor, what you have learned in the course.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Through yoga you can obtain, amongst others:<br \/>\n&#8211; health and happiness,<br \/>\n&#8211; elimination of stress and tiredness,<br \/>\n&#8211; a state of dynamism and efficiency,<br \/>\n&#8211; a harmonious integration both in family and in the society,<br \/>\n&#8211; a better understanding of yourself,<br \/>\n&#8211; an awakening of your latent, beneficial capabilities.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n    In the first calendar month, the course is free for everybody.\n  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The address is: Str.
