The nano-biotechnology suitable for nasal swabs and vaccination injections was largely pioneered by Charles Lieber at Harvard, working with<\/a> leading M.I.T. and Moderna nano-biotech ace, Robert Langer, according to evidence filed for review by Judge John Badalamenti and Nicholas Mizell in Fort Myers, Florida on April 12, 2021.<\/p>\n

The alleged cyborg and \u201ctranshumanist<\/em>\u201d biotechnology, and alleged COVID response hydrogel deployment scheme, operates mainly under the financial influence and cover of Gates, DARPA, and the leading global intelligence agencies.<\/p>\n

These irrefutable connections best explain the double-dealing between the World Health Organization (\u201cWHO<\/em>\u201d), the National Institutes of Health, the National Institute for Allergies and Infectious Diseases \u2013 NIAID, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (\u201cCDC<\/em>\u201d) and China\u2019s military overseeing Wuhan lab operations. The complicity and cover-up of Chinese and American officials concealing the Langer\/Lieber\/Wuhan lab evidence best explains the militarily-weaponized \u201cadvanced function<\/em>\u201d COVID-19\/SARS\/HIV mutagen developed by both East and West collaborators.<\/p>\n

Contrary to news sources dismissing allegations of an \u201caccidental<\/em>\u201d outbreak from Wuhan, the consensus of intelligence officials worldwide now conclude the outbreak sourced from a lab. What they have yet to disclose is emerging from Horowitz\u2019s lawsuit. He vets the military-industrial-drug syndicate\u2019s underlying motive for the pandemic and \u201cemergency response<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat is the \u2018we\u2019re all in this together\u2019 meme<\/em>,\u201d Dr. Horowitz quipped.<\/p>\n

The generally-concealed science<\/strong><\/p>\n

In January 2019, the leading 4IR nano-biotechnologist \u2013 Harvard chemistry professor and Nanosys, Inc. founder, Charles Lieber \u2013 was indicted by the Justice Department for lying about his network of alleged Chinese espionage agents. \u201cContrary to ridiculous and diversionary propaganda<\/em>,\u201d Dr. Horowitz said. \u201cThe Chinese were most interested in the 4IR neuroscience biotechnology suitable for vaccines or nasal swab hydrogel nano-implants.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cCommunism and socialism fails without optimal mind-control over populations<\/em>,\u201d Horowitz explained as a Harvard-trained expert in behavioral science, media health education, social engineering and emerging diseases. His revelations in the origins of AIDS, Ebola and now COVID, have made him the best-selling author in these fields internationally. He has been whistleblowing for a quarter century on the secret agents and agencies most responsible for the modern pandemics.<\/p>\n

\u201cCyborg-level mind-control is best provided covertly militarily by Lieber\u2019s and Langer\u2019s neuroscience and related biotechnology for \u2018frequency therapeutics\u2019<\/em>,\u201d Dr. Horowitz explained. \u201cThat includes data-mining and computer analysis of wireless communications between human brains and the Cloud. Like the intelligence community and military, however, the Justice Department too has been \u201ccaptured<\/em>\u201d and subverted, Dr. Horowitz evidences. For example, the FBI-indictment by Special Agent Robert Plumb<\/a> falsified the classified intelligence Lieber was caught transferring to Chinese military officials and the Wuhan lab. Instead of citing Lieber\u2019s Nanosys, Inc.\u2019s financing by the CIA for special brain cell biochemistry and \u201ctherapeutic\u201d nano-vaccinology, Plumb\u2019s affidavit misrepresented Lieber\u2019s transfers as intelligence for building \u201celectric car batteries<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Subsequently, parties to the criminal case against Lieber sealed the court records for presumed National Security. This concealment of evidence implicates the government\u2019s complicity with DARPA\u2019s, Bill Gates\u2019s, Klaus Schwab\u2019s and the CIA\u2019s 4IR hydrogel neuro-science operation and COVID impositions.<\/p>\n

As evidenced in Horowitz\u2019s lawsuit, Harvard\u2019s Lieber and M.I.T.\u2019s Langer co-authored (with their students) much of the world\u2019s most advanced neuroscience in this field of nano-bioelectric technology. Their financing came mostly from Bill Gates\u2019s enterprise and the DOD through DARPA, according to court records.<\/p>\n

The Harvard, M.I.T. and Epstein connections<\/strong><\/p>\n

Making headline news in 2019, M.I.T.\u2019s media lab came under suspicion from Gates\u2019s financing through Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s investment group advancing this same nano-neurobiotechnology enterprise. M.I.T. and Moderna\u2019s Robert Langer was spared the scandal however, apparently to conceal the larger clandestine crime against humanity \u2013 the hydrogel deployment program for optimal \u2018population control<\/em>.\u2019<\/p>\n

A photo taken in Epstein\u2019s home with Gates and his alleged \u201cbody guard<\/em>,\u201d Boris Nicolic<\/a>, evidences the nano-biotechnology mainstream media decoy, diversion, censorship, and misinformation. Nicolic\u2019s close association with Epstein and Gates made him privy to Lieber\u2019s and Langer\u2019s developing wireless nano-neuroelectric-biotechnologies. Concealed by the mainstream media, besides being a Harvard professor and medical doctor, Nicolic was the co-founder and managing director of health care and life sciences for the investment firm, Biomatics Capital. That company too was capitalized as a start-up by Gates, as was Moderna in contract with DARPA.<\/p>\n

To allegedly launder the massive fortunes Gates, Nicolic, Langer, and fellow \u2018inside-traders\u2019 made on DARPA\u2019s military support for Moderna\u2019s largely secret program, the investors formed \u201cParticles for Humanity<\/em><\/a>\u201d in 2020.\u00a0The name \u201cParticles<\/em>\u201d ironically reflects the hydrogel nano-particles of copper, gold, or silver deployed in the lipid polymer device converting humanity into a cyborg community.<\/p>\n

\u2018Regulatory capture<\/em>\u2019 by Gates & Company best explains:
\n(a) the FDA\u2019s decision to grant the drug companies\u2019 Emergency Use Authorization for these experimental vaccines;
\n(b) the military\u2019s involvement in advancing this nano-biotechnology;
\n(c) the intelligence agencies\u2019 complicity in secreting such a cyborg program for civilization\u2019s transformation into \u201ctranshumanism<\/em>;\u201d
\n(d) the FDA\u2019s gross negligence in certifying Pfizer and Moderna\u2019s safety-testing data that clearly showed the drug companies had not performed any \u201cgenetic safety testing<\/em>\u201d on the admitted \u201cgenetic therapies<\/em>;\u201d and
\ne) the Emergency Use Authorization (\u201cEUA<\/em>\u201d) granted illegally despite several alternatives being available, including hydroxychloroquine and Dr. Horowitz\u2019s OxySilverTM with 528.<\/p>\n

In response to Dr. Horowitz\u2019s lawsuit, defendants Pfizer, Moderna, Henry Schein, and Hearst, immediately filed to stay such discovery of evidence pending their motions to dismiss the case. The companies\u2019 actions are intended to bury their liability and this intelligence forever.<\/p>\n

Ag nanoparticles and 528 green wave frequency <\/strong>\u2013 immune-boosting antioxidants<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr. Horowitz claims the defendants, Pfizer and Moderna, converted the doctor\u2019s safe OxySilverTM anti-viral silver (\u201cAg<\/em>\u201d) nanoparticle technology for their risky hydrogel drug delivery devices. In the past few years, Dr. Horowitz\u2019s \u201c528 green wave<\/em>\u201d frequency science has been repeatedly proven in scientific studies to be most beneficial in combating infectious diseases. [since] AgNPs are one of the attractive candidates for drug delivery of macromolecules such as DNA, RNA, and proteins.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

The absorption spectrum of AgNPs shows strong support for Dr. Horowitz\u2019s 528Hz\/nm chlorophyll anti-oxidant thesis.
