\u201cUFOs are often seen coming in and out of water so I believe that in our deepest oceans and trenches we may well have alien bases. That may sound crazy, but if you think about it we only know 5% of ocean, we know more about the surface of the Moon or Mars than our own oceans \u2013 so that would seem to me why UFOs are seen regularly coming in and out of water<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n Good point, although Heseltine\u2019s most famous investigation involved the non-water UFO event at Rendlesham Forest, Suffolk, in 1980. Heseltine has the credentials for his position at ICER \u2013 he created the Police Reporting UFO Sightings (PRUFOS) database, and founded or worked for a number of leading UFO publications.<\/p>\n That lifetime of UFO research revealed to Heseltine the missing link between extraterrestrials, underwater bases and recent military UFO encounters \u2013 nuclear power. As he explains in a recent interview with The Sun<\/em>:<\/p>\n \u201cThere is a massive correlation between UFOs being seen near nuclear facilities, whether it\u2019s nuclear aircraft carriers, nuclear submarines, nuclear weapon storage areas, power plants. This would seem to indicate that it\u2019s as if they\u2019re saying \u2018we don\u2019t like nuclear weapons\u2019 so they show up<\/em>.<\/p>\n Maybe they realize we could destroy this beautiful planet. If you think about it if there was World War III and we made toxic all the water then that would affect their habitat. That\u2019s why I think there\u2019s correlation with water \u2013 they have bases and we only know 5% of the ocean<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n Heseltine points to the 70-year history of UFO sightings dating back to the time of the Roswell incident as evidence that extraterrestrials have \u201cbeen here all that time, they\u2019re not a threat<\/em>\u201d and the only reason for the recent uptick in encounters is our own better equipment.<\/p>\n However, he believes that \u201ceverything is pointing to ET or non-humans,<\/em>\u201d thus ICER was formed to \u201cstart preparing people for a massive psychological transformation<\/em>\u201d \u2013 one he predicts will occur soon\u2026 and from the water rather than the air.<\/p>\n \u201cICER, a not-for-profit organization, is comprised of scientists, academics and leading UFO\/UAP researchers from 27 countries on 5 continents who are unanimous in their recognition that we are not alone in the cosmos. The list goes on and on \u2013 you can see all the members here<\/a>.<\/p>\n Gary Heseltine is certainly correct about the many UFO sightings around nuclear facilities \u2013 which many believe are ETs monitoring to make sure we don\u2019t destroy ourselves and the planet. There have been instances of UFO sightings at nuclear missile sites prior to their mysterious shutdowns.
