ATMAN ONLINE YOGA ACADEMY is celebrating INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY<\/strong> on 21st of June<\/strong> with 24 hours of FREE live online spiritual activities in 7 languages: English, German, French, Romanian, Russian, Spanish and Italian. <\/p>\n

The program is taking place from Tuesday, June 21st, 2016 00:00 GMT to Wednesday, June 22nd 00:00 GMT. Throughout the 24 hours you can choose – according to the languages you speak – to which events you want to participate. Between activities there is a transition break of 10 minutes. <\/p>\n

\n Highlights from the program in unison<\/strong>

– Hatha Yoga practice (30 min Asanas 10:00 – 10:30 GMT \/ 3:00 – 3:30 am PDT, 15:15 – 15:45 GMT \/ 8:15 – 8:45 am PDT)
– 7 min “Heart of the World” Meditation \/ Prayer (16:22 – 16:30 GMT \/ 9:22 – 9:30 am PDT)
– 30 min Yang-Spiral Meditation (16:30 – 17:00 GMT \/ 9:30 – 10:00 am PDT)<\/p>\n
