M&#233;langer.<br \/>\n  Incorporer l&#8217;eau petit &#224; petit (vous aurez peut-&#234;tre besoin de plus ou moins 50 ml) jusqu&#8217;&#224; obtenir une boule de p&#226;te homog&#232;ne.<br \/>\n  &#201;taler la p&#226;te au rouleau et foncer un moule &#224; tarte. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\">\n    <strong>Pour la garniture<\/strong>\n  <\/p>\n<p>  &#8211; 500 g &#233;pinards feuilles <br \/>&#8211; 200 g tofu ferme (utilisez un tofu achet&#233; au rayon frais et pas les tofus sous vide qui n&#8217;ont rien &#224; voir avec du tofu)<br \/>\n  &#8211; 100 g cr&#232;me de soja<br \/>\n  &#8211; 1 c&#224;s f&#233;cule (15 g)<br \/>\n  &#8211; Ail en poudre<br \/>\n  &#8211; Muscade<br \/>\n  &#8211; Piment Espelette<br \/>\n  &#8211; Sel<br \/>\n  &#8211; Option : une petite poign&#233;e de noisettes<br \/>\n  &#160;<br \/>\n  Laver les feuilles d&#8217;&#233;pinards et retirer les tiges. <br \/>Les cuire rapidement &#224; la vapeur.<br \/>\n  Mettre tous les ingr&#233;dients dans le bol du robot et mixer.<br \/>\n  Verser la garniture sur la p&#226;te en r&#233;partissant bien.<br \/>\n  Saupoudrer avec les noisettes grossi&#232;rement concass&#233;es.<br \/>\n  Enfourner &#224; 180&#176;C pour 20 &#224; 30 min selon votre four (le mien cuit tr&#232;s vite).<br \/>\n  Laisser ti&#233;dir un peu avant de servir.<br \/>\n  D&#233;guster ti&#232;de ou froid. <\/p>\n<p>    <strong><\/p>\n<p>yogaesoteric<\/strong><br \/>\n    <br \/>\n    <strong>30 juin 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#160; Pour la p&#226;te &#8211; 150 g de farine de pois chiche &#8211; 50 g de polenta &#8211; 25 g huile d&#8217;olive &#8211; 1 c&#224;s de yaourt de soja (30 g) &#8211; 1\/2 c&#224;c bicarbonate &#8211; Sel &#8211; +\/- 50 ml eau &#160; M&#233;langer farine, polenta, sel et bicarbonate.
