Vaccines from the air – America’s silent bio-experiment
A massive vaccine project without public approval
A new video from The Pulse, based on a report by Epoch Health, draws attention to a little-noticed but large-scale program by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA): the dropping of millions of oral rabies vaccines across several states – by plane, helicopter, and truck. Without extensive public warning, the vaccine baits are to be distributed in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
According to official statements, the campaign aims to contain rabies in wild animals. However, the scale of the project, its lack of transparency, and the biological composition of the vaccines raise serious questions.
Genetically modified viruses over residential areas
Critics like Substack writer John Fleetwood openly refer to it as a “bio-experiment in America’s skies.” According to his analysis, the Raboral VRG vaccine contains a lab-created, recombinant virus that can remain infectious for weeks. He describes it as a chimeric construct, combining genetic material from different viruses – a so-called “Frankenstein virus.”
A study published in the journal Vaccine in 2019 confirms that animals receiving the oral vaccine can shed the virus for up to 34 days – via saliva and other bodily fluids. This means that transmission to other animals or even humans cannot be ruled out.
No informed consent – no transparency
The U.S. agency APHIS (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service) has been running the program for years, but neither a public debate nor comprehensive risk education has ever taken place. The official line is: the vaccine is safe. At the same time, the USDA warns on its own website against touching the bait with bare hands – anyone who comes into contact with it should immediately wash their skin with warm water and soap.
Such warnings contradict the claim that the material is harmless. Even more problematic: there is no way for citizens to opt out of exposure. Millions of “living virus packages” are distributed annually across land, forests, and waterways – without opt-out, without risk analysis, without independent oversight.
Biosecurity or biohazard?
Proponents argue that the method has proven effective in Europe, for example in controlling fox rabies. However, the U.S. version differs significantly: it uses a genetically modified virus whose behaviour in the wild is not fully understood. The combination of industrial mass production, chemical stabilization, and widespread distribution also creates new risks.
Experts point out that any uncontrolled release of laboratory-constructed viruses could constitute a biosafety incident, especially if persistent virus forms emerge or recombine. The CDC itself has recorded cases in which people developed symptoms after contact with ORV baits.
A dangerous normalization
The Pulse video draws attention to a larger trend: the creeping transition from emergency measures to routine procedures. While “gain-of-function” research and lab leaks are still being debated, vaccines made from genetically engineered viruses have long been part of government practice – without parliamentary oversight or public consent.
The contrast is striking: while citizens are increasingly being assured autonomy and consent in health matters, biological releases are taking place on a large scale – citing animal health.
Conclusion: A program in the shadow of the sinister elite
The question is not whether rabies prevention is sensible, but how it is carried out. When government authorities distribute genetically engineered vaccines to populations and ecosystems without their consent, a fundamental principle is violated: the right to informed decision-making.
What is being sold as an animal health program is in reality an example of how technocratic health measures become autonomous – beyond democratic control and public transparency.
