How the “elites” use consciousness manipulation to eliminate the sovereign

The self-determining free citizens are the basis, the sovereign of democracy; Members of Parliament and ministers are their temporary representatives. But the party representatives in parliament and government have long since separated themselves from the citizens and eliminated them as sovereigns. By constantly lying, creating crises and fear, the ability of the vast majority to gain knowledge and self-determination is systematically paralyzed, blind compliance is achieved and democracy is undermined from within. The corona crisis team expert Prof. Heinz Bude now unmistakably revealed the ruling “elites’ understanding of democracy and cold view of humanity”.

As early as spring 2020, at the beginning of the corona crisis, an internal strategy paper from the (German) Federal Ministry of the Interior dated March 22, 2020 became known, which had been drawn up by a group of experts that also included the sociologist and psychologist Prof. Heinz Bude. The paper had drawn up a worst-case fear scenario (worst of all conceivable cases), in which there was talk of “relatively soon” 70% of corona infected people and 1.2 million deaths in Germany. This should cause a shock among the population.

“In order to achieve the desired shock effect, the concrete effects of an infection on human society need to be made clear:

1. Many seriously ill people are taken to the hospital by their relatives, but are turned away, and die in agony at home, struggling to breathe. Choking or not getting enough air is a primal fear for every person. The same applies to the situation in which you cannot do anything to help relatives whose lives are in danger. The images from Italy are disturbing.
2. ‘Children will hardly suffer from the epidemic’: False. Children will easily become infected, even if there are exit restrictions, for example from the neighborhood children. If they then infect their parents and one of them dies in agony at home and they feel like they are to blame because, for example, they forgot to wash their hands after playing, it is the most terrible aspect a child will ever experience.”

The then Federal Interior Minister Seehofer (CSU) and his top officials shared these views and methods of their “scientific” advisors. And politicians and their media loudspeakers actually acted so perfidiously. Fear paralyzed souls and made them submissive to follow the political and scientific authorities and thoughtlessly accept all totalitarian measures.

The Graz revelation

This influential advisor to German politicians took part in an event at the University of Graz on January 24, 2024, which was entitled Society in a State of Emergency – What do we learn from the corona crisis?, which serves to critically assess and learn lessons from the matter should pull. But Prof. Bude in particular demonstrated that he had not learned any lessons, but stuck to his teachings, like the entire ruling political class.

Bude “smugly” described the events in the group of experts, according to Norbert Häring:

“We had ten days to provide the Corona Cabinet with advice. (…) There was no virologist on the committee. (…) Markus Kerber (the then State Secretary in the BIM, hl) called me and said: ‘We need you as sociologists. We need someone who can get the pandemic under control as a total event’.” (29 minutes of the video)

“And we talked about it again. We said we had to find a model for creating compliance that was a little bit like science. And that was this Flatten the curve formula. How can we convince people to join in? We tell them, (inaudible) that looks so much like science. They say: ‘If you’re disciplined, you can change the curve.’ (…) We thought it was kind of great that we had such a quasi-scientific argument.” (From 1h:17 in the video above)

So it was about getting people to obey – even against their will. In addition to the basic generation of fear, people’s belief in the authority of science was appealed and the scientific-looking model of the rapidly increasing infection curve was presented (which was artificially generated by the completely unsuitable PCR tests used on a mass scale). Everyone can contribute to flattening this extremely worrying curve through their discipline, i.e. compliance.

He then proceeds to predict a dystopian future for Germany, the permanent state of emergency, which means the established state of permanent totalitarianism.

“Well, I think this is a very important point: In my opinion, we are likely to end up with singular crises again. (Incomprehensible). Let’s just take extreme weather events. Singular crises that I see in front of my eyes will have to do with needing to access personal behavior. (…) We will increasingly have to deal with situations in the future, such types of crises, that require personal behavioral changes if we want to withstand the crises as a society with the ability to act collectively. (…) The crisis solutions we face have the character of wars, they have the character of pandemics, and they have the character of extreme weather events. That is foreseeable. (…) Europe will also have wars again in the medium term.”

So crises will arise again in which those in power have to order people what to do. Because otherwise “we cannot withstand the crises as a society with collective action”. The fact that one can withstand crises through personal ability to act is not even considered, and “collective ability to act” is always the ability to act of the few rulers who impose their will on people.

And in the medium term, the crises will again include wars in Europe. How does he know? Wars are never started by the people, but always by the few rulers who use lies and fear to “make people willing to follow” and drive them to their deaths.

Now he himself sees difficulties in implementation because the current civil liberties rights conflict with this:

“And that is the crucial argument: Can we even do that in a modern, liberal society? Is that actually possible? And don’t you have to use completely terrible elements behind the scenes, like fear communication, i.e. social psychological things, in order to make these types of consequential willingness to change personal behavior.” (1h:22)

“Perhaps we need to think again about the status of civil liberties in relation to political participation rights and social welfare rights. (…) The right-wing forces have it easy because they can rely on civil liberties in their hostility to the system.” (1h:43)”

Civil liberties are in the way. Their existence forces the rulers behind the scenes to use – admittedly – “very terrible elements” such as fear in order to get people to give up their freedom despite their freedom and the (naturally sensible) instructions of those in power are obedient of their own accord. It is therefore easy for the “right-wing forces” to simply invoke the existing civil liberties “in their hostility to the system”. But then they are loyal to the system, while freedom rights stand in his way, so he wants to change the liberal system into a dictatorship of the rulers through hostility to the system.

He has to think again about “the status of civil liberties”. That can only mean how they can somehow be eliminated in a different way than was already possible in the crisis-like states of emergency that were brought about.

The emergency state of the crisis as a permanent state would be a possibility in view of the crises that are approaching further in the future. Federal Health Minister Karl Lauterbach announced this (“The louder the voice, the quieter the truth”) on March 13, 2022, as Norbert Häring notes.

He said in a conversation on Radio 1 on the occasion of the publication of his anti-Enlightenment book full of alleged scientific ‘truths’ (The survival of humanity is in danger):

“We are now entering a phase where the state of emergency will be the norm. From now on we will always be in a state of emergency.”

General strategy of consciousness manipulation

Bude and Lauterbach have revealed a general strategy:

“……. which is otherwise never spoken about so openly, a strategy that turns everything into an existential threat, and then uses fear communication and social psychology to be able to direct the population where you want it.

The WHO relies entirely on social psychology and fear generation. Its Secretary General has declared the non-event monkeypox a global health emergency. The World Health Assembly adopted a manifesto committing WHO members to make greater use of behavioral sciences and integrate them into government structures.

In Germany, a whole bunch of social psychological projects and institutes have been initiated that are intended to help imperceptibly manipulate the way the population thinks and acts.”

Elitist-fascist thinking

Norbert Häring points to the opening statement in Graz by the psycho-sociologist Bude, which shows that he has learned a certain lesson from the corona crisis:

“I underestimated the madness of our society. To put it more positively, I (underestimated) people’s imagination. (…) There is a lot of craziness there. Modern societies would do well to confront this problem of how to absorb madness without neutralizing it, so to speak. What do you do with people’s madness? You can’t talk them out of it and say, ‘Everything he says is nonsense.’ That doesn’t help, it makes you believe in it even more.”

This arrogant elitist thinking was already expressed in a fascist form in an interview with Pioneer on December 8, 2021:

“I would now recommend it to everyone politically: clear edges, clear direction. Opponents of vaccination must have noticeable disadvantages. And basically, in a way, you can no longer deal with them. That’s so. You can’t ship them to Madagascar. What can you do?”

This brought the “critical judges and prosecutors” to the scene, who called on him in an “open appeal against dehumanization” to “disarm” and to stop the “shooting into dehumanization”. Against the background of German history, the use of these words in public discourse is tantamount to breaking the dam. Since he received his doctorate with a thesis on the history of the anti-aircraft worker generation, he is probably not unfamiliar with central concepts of National Socialism. One such central concept is the Madagascar Plan, which was a brief consideration by the Nazi regime in Germany at the beginning of the Second World War to deport four million European Jews to the island of Madagascar, located off the east coast of Africa, then a French colony.

“It is not about ‘anti-vaxxers’ – anti-vaxxers are a combat term that is used to label and dehumanize a group of people who only have in common that they do not want or cannot be vaccinated against a certain disease with the currently available vaccines.

Once you have reified these people into a grotesque group, then, yes, then you come up with the idea of having them ‘shipped’ [that’s where the freighter is – doesn’t that remind you of cattle wagons when you hear that word?], namely to Madagascar, where the other heterogeneous group was to be transported before another solution was found and implemented for them.”

As a substitute for the fact that these people could not be “shipped to Madagascar”, the discrimination recommended by Bude against those unwilling to be vaccinated took place on a massive scale, as we have all experienced.

The elimination of free people and democracy

Prof. Bude did not mention other essential “social psychological aspects” for “creating willingness to follow”, such as:

• the constant lies, deceptions and distortions spread across the board by the media,
• the increasing restriction of freedom of expression as the fundamental basis of a free democratic society,
• covert censorship,
• personal defamation and slander with the associated destruction of existence, which spreads a general sphere of fear, etc.

It is the arsenal of totalitarianism. All of them aim to paralyze people’s own cognitive abilities through consciousness manipulation, with which they become capable of judging and making decisions, acting freely and determining and helping to shape their own lives and society. In this way, people are centrally eliminated from their essence as autonomous beings, so that they can be led like blind people where they do not want to go.

This means that every liberal democratic society is undermined from within at its central point, the autonomous consciousness of the free citizen, the sovereign. The democratic institutions and processes remain as deceptive facades, but are empty theater. Because people are largely de-individualized, devalued and are treated as objects, as a mass to be controlled.

It is not for nothing that the fundamental human right is stated at the beginning in Article 1 of the German Basic Law: “Human dignity is inviolable. Respecting and protecting them is the obligation of all state authorities.” All of the following liberal fundamental rights are only developments of this central right. What fundamentally distinguishes humans from animals and determines their dignity is their disposition and ability to recognize the truth as an autonomous subject and to be able to act freely and self-determined based on this knowledge. No human being should therefore be reduced to being a mere object of the state power that controls him from outside. He is thus reduced to the level of the animal and made contemptible. He is robbed of his human dignity.

This occurs to a large extent through the social-psychological manipulation techniques that the ruling parties use with the help of their “scientific” advisors. In this way, they switch off the cognitive and judgmental abilities of people, the sovereign of democracy, and transform it into a totalitarian dictatorship behind formal democratic facades.

The ruling parties SPD, Greens, FDP, CDU and CSU, which still deceptively describe themselves as “democratic”, are in reality the greatest enemies of the free democratic order of the Basic Law. They should be disempowered and banned immediately.

Article 20 of the Basic Law states in paragraph 2: “All state power emanates from the people. It is exercised by the people in elections and votes.”

This has already been largely eliminated by the enemies of democracy. In reality, the people’s ability to make judgments is eliminated through psychological consciousness techniques; all state power does not come from him, but from the ruling parties, which, as a totalitarian-dictatorial oligarchy, dominate the people and lead them where they do not want to go: into staged pandemics, into the lying scenario of “man-made” climate change, into an illusionary one Energy transition and – exclusively in the interests of the US world imperialist – into the absolute madness of a next war that would destroy the entire European civilization.

All free people who still have their senses need to rise up peacefully and oppose this with all their determination.
