Meta, Palantir, OpenAI – now officially part of the killing machine
Top tech executives are being promoted to colonel status in the U.S. Army to promote the military’s use of drones, robot soldiers, and other AI-powered killing machines. According to the Army, this is part of a plan to harness the latest AI technology from the private sector to increase “efficiency” on the battlefields (i.e., the killing fields) of the future.

Executives from Meta, Palantir, and OpenAI will be commissioned into the Army Reserve at the rank of lieutenant colonel, an officer rank typically reserved for someone who has served for years and led thousands of men into combat.
The new Executive Innovation Corps, known as Detachment 201, will be responsible for the military’s technological development and integrate new technologies such as AI-controlled drones and humanoid robots, the Army announced on June 13.
Patrick Wood, editor-in-chief of Technocracy.News and an expert on the global technocracy movement, described the move as unprecedented.
“Until recently, no civilian in the history of the military had been summarily promoted to lieutenant colonel,” Wood told me in an exclusive interview. “The rules changed in 2019 when the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) permitted this practice. Not surprisingly, the staff that created the NDAA was staffed with technocrats.”
According to Defense Scoop, this is the Pentagon’s latest push to leverage skills and know-how from Silicon Valley and the private sector.
The new unit “brings top talent to the Army Reserve to bridge the gap between commercial and military technology” and is “designed to combine cutting-edge technical expertise with military innovation,” the Army said in a press release.
The Army had swearing in Meta’s Chief Technology Officer, Andrew Bosworth; OpenAI’s Chief Product Officer, Kevin Weil; Palantir’s Chief Technology Officer, Shyam Sankar; and Bob McGrew, a consultant at Thinking Machines Lab who was previously OpenAI’s Chief Research Officer.

Meta, the owner of Facebook, recently announced a new partnership with defense company Anduril to develop augmented reality (XR) products for soldiers, as Defense Scoop reports.
OpenAI is the creator of ChatGPT, the popular generative AI tool. According to Defense Scoop, the US Pentagon is working on new generative AI tools to “increase productivity and efficiency.”
Palantir uses AI-powered software to collect and analyze data on Americans and foreign nationals. The company has secured or is developing various government contracts, including with the Department of Defense, the CIA, the FBI, the IRS, ICE, and local law enforcement agencies.
Palantir also supplies the Israeli government with the Maven Smart System, which provides targeted data to soldiers in various wars from the Gaza Strip to Lebanon to Iran. If the Maven Smart System says a building should be blown up because there are a few Hamas fighters there, that building will be blown up, as modern warfare increasingly leaves such decisions to AI.
The Maven Smart System admittedly has a 10 percent error rate. If the AI correctly decides who to kill 90 percent of the time, that’s apparently fine with the politicians who control the world’s armed forces.
Palantir’s AI-powered products are capable of creating highly detailed dossiers on people by quickly scanning their virtual communication accounts, bank records, phone records, and other data.
Regarding the automatic officer status of Palantir, OpenAI, and Meta executives, the Army stated in its press release:
“Detachment 201 is an effort to recruit senior tech leaders to serve part-time as senior advisors in the Army Reserve. In this role, they will work on targeted projects to find rapid and scalable technical solutions to complex problems. By bringing private sector expertise into the uniform, Detachment 201 supports efforts like the Army Transformation Initiative, which aims to make the armed forces leaner, smarter, and more lethal.”
The swearing-in of the four new officers “is just the beginning of a larger mission to attract more tech professionals to serve without having to give up their careers and to show the next generation how to make a difference in uniform,” the statement said.
I can’t help but wonder how much of this will be directed against the American people. These kinds of “innovations” and “tools,” as the government likes to call them, almost always end up being used for purposes other than those advertised.
It’s becoming increasingly clear that this administration is being used to subject Americans to a soon-to-be globalized digital surveillance system. And they’re doing it at warp speed.
In my opinion, Palantir is the most dangerous of these fascist companies because it collaborates extensively with the federal government, both with several civilian agencies and with the military.
In July 2022, the Defense Post reported that the U.S. Army Research Laboratory awarded Palantir a contract to implement artificial intelligence and machine learning for the Army’s combatant commands.
Under the $100 million contract, the company will develop software platforms that rapidly deploy advanced AI capabilities in combat situations.
According to Palantir, the armed forces need “world-class” software to fulfil their missions and improve their capabilities to prepare for future conflicts.
The warfare of the future has been demonstrated most dramatically in Israel’s use of technology to assassinate top commanders of Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Iranian Republican Guard Corps. It was also evident in Ukraine’s drone strike on Russian strategic bombers.
“Maintaining a technological edge is fundamental to our mission and our partnership with the Army Research Laboratory,” said Palantir President Akash Jain. “We are honoured to support this important work by delivering the most advanced operational AI capabilities, alongside dozens of partners from the commercial and public sectors.”
Palantir Senior Vice President Shannon Clark explained that the 2022 contract will enable U.S. Army personnel to use AI insights to make rapid decisions in various areas.
“From space to the seabed and everything in between,” she emphasized.
And that includes US cities if the current or future president declares martial law. Mark my words: Palantir and similar companies will eventually provide the software that helps the US government hunt down political dissidents, which will include outspoken Christians and various other truth-tellers.
