PROVEN: Covid-19 was part of U.S. bio-warfare program, using Wuhan to spark hatred against China

We present below an editorial regarding a critical video by David Martin, showing the single key document that reveals the nature and origin of the covid-19 pathogen. And it’s no lab leak, nor is it simply from Wuhan. University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill was intimately involved. Martin takes aim at the political class in the video, who claim to want to investigate the problem but won’t.

Below the editorial, there is a piece of article by Eric Zuesse doing a fact-check of Martin’s video, along with a transcript of the relevant part. Zuesse believes Wuhan was chosen to do this research so that the Chinese government could be blamed in order to engineer hostility and war.

Martin says that by September of 2019, the WHO had already announced in one publication called ‘The World At Risk’ that everything was known about what we were going to get in terms of the virus. The key word for Martin is “release”, not “leak”: “Somebody with intent let it out. This is not an ‘oops, it got away’. ‘Release’ of a respiratory pathogen is their word.”

Cui bono? The information comes from a Moderna document giving us the what and the why. In essence, Moderna reveals that from its immense profits, a $400 million kickback, was given to the NIH/NIAID for the privilege of having a sole source contract recently awarded to it for their harmful products. And nobody in Congress is saying anything, including the Ron Johnsons and Rand Paul. Congress is allowing the kickback to be paid for the deal the government (NIH) made with Moderna. And Fauci brokered this deal with Moderna before he went on his merry way. So the feds get royalties on every injection delivered into peoples’ arms. It’s racketeering, and we have it in writing. So taxpayer money buys the vaccines making vast profits for Moderna; Moderna gives some of that taxpayer money back to the government agency that has ensured and will continue to ensure Moderna’s ability to make more money in the future.

In the video, Martin draws our attention to a research article from September 2015 called SARS-like WIV-1 CoV poised for human emergence, published in January 2016. Interestingly, it was put out during the period of moratorium on gain of function research. During this period, there was a selection of pathogens brought over to the US from China. SARS-like WIV1 CoV is a Wuhan lab-derived respiratory pathogen that was effectively predicted for release (WIV = Wuhan Institute of Virology). Its spike protein replicates inside the human respiratory tract. The document he reads from indicates that the WIV1 is derived from an ‘infectious clone’ of SARS CoV, which in itself is an artificial creation, meaning that the WIV1 pathogen is an intentional lab creation.

Who is building this infectious clone with the terrible components that make it infectious? It is the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. (Note: Dr. Judy Mikovits said this way back.) It is all constructed, made clear in the document Martin reads from, and is in no way a naturally occurring virus. And it was done in the United States. The NIH, NIAID, etc. are all part of the criminal conspiracy that gave rise to the problem. But nobody is motivated to come forward and expose it.

The document reveals that this infectious pathogen was being designed to replicate in humans, not just in mouse models. Robust replication of the infectious pathogen in human airway epithelial cells was difficult according to the document, but was the goal to be achieved. The smoking gun, according to Martin, was to put this known-to-be-harmful synthetic pathogen ‘in vivo’ – into living animals at Chapel Hill in violation of the ban on gain of function research. That’s the first problem. These are admissions of criminal violations. And to this day, nobody from Congress, no prosecutor or state governor has investigated these published admissions.

And yes, they did know that what they were doing was a problem. Because what they were producing was completely created and was in no way a natural artefact, and was approved by a biosafety committee within the university. Further, this research was requested to be continued and approved by Fauci at NIAID, in violation of the gain of function moratorium. This was never a novel, never-seen-before naturally occurring virus.

Martin points fingers at the Republicans who feign to want to get to the bottom of the story, but the story is right there before them in available documents. The public is being deliberately misled as to there being anything substantive done by the politicians. Because they cannot reveal the criminal racket that’s been done to the country since 1980 – the criminal racket of captive federal agencies who get into deals with university faculties for the economic benefit of those institutions, to criminally conspire to create pathogens known to harm humans. To date, since 1980, no member of congress has had the integrity to tell the American people and to shut down the criminal racket. Not even Joe Rogan or Tucker Carlson has the guts to take on this topic. Politicians can’t reveal this funding racket if they want to get re-elected. Moderna just paid a $400 million kickback to NIAID so that they get the privilege of injecting another experimental gene therapy into people.

I carefully accessed online each one of its documentary sources, each of which was displayed in the video, and found that each statement that Mr. Martin was saying about it was absolutely accurate. The video is 100% accurate.

Together, the results highlight the utility of developing platforms to evaluate circulating zoonotic viruses as threats for future emergence and epidemic potential.”

“Using the SARS-CoV infectious clone as a template, we designed and synthesized a full-length infectious clone of WIV1-CoV consisting of six plasmids that could be enzymatically cut, ligated together, and electroporated into cells to rescue replication competent progeny virions. In addition to the full-length clone, we also produced WIV1-CoV chimeric virus that replaced the SARS spike with the WIV1 spike within the mouse-adapted backbone (WIV1-MA15). Importantly, WIV1-MA15 does not incorporate the Y436H mutation in spike that is required for SARS-MA15 pathogenesis.”

“Replication in Primary Human Epithelial Cells.

Next, we wanted to determine WIV-CoV replication potential in models of the human lung. Previous examination of WIV1-CoV recovered from bat samples demonstrated poor replication in A549 cells; however, replication of epidemic SARS-CoV is also poor in this cell type, potentially due to ACE2 expression levels.

Therefore, well-differentiated primary human airway epithelial cell (HAE) air–liquid interface cultures were infected with WIV1-MA15, WIV1-CoV, SARS-CoV Urbani, or SARS-CoV MA15. At 24 and 48 h postinfection, both WIV1-MA15 and WIV1-CoV produce robust infection in HAE cultures equivalent to the epidemic strain and mouse-adapted strain. Together, the data demonstrate that the WIV1-CoV spike can mediate infection of human airway cultures with no significant adaptation required.”

“WIV1 Spike in Vivo.

To extend analysis to pathogenesis, we next evaluated in vivo infection following WIV1-MA15 and WIV1-CoV challenge.” [David Martin says that these experiments were done at UNC Chapel Hill, but violated specific U.S. criminal laws — none of which anyone in Congress expresses any interest in enforcing.]

“Construction of Chimeric SARS-Like Viruses.

Both wild-type and chimeric WIVCoV infectious clones were designed using published sequences and based on the SARS-CoV infectious clone. Synthetic construction of chimeric mutant and full-length WIV1-CoV were approved by the UNC Institutional Biosafety Committee and the Dual Use Research of Concern Committee.”

“Biosafety and Biosecurity.

Reported studies were initiated after the University of North Carolina Institutional Biosafety Committee approved the experimental protocol: project title: ‘Generating infectious clones of Bat SARS-like CoVs; lab safety plan ID: 20145741; schedule G ID: 12279.’ These studies were initiated before the US Government Deliberative Process Research Funding Pause on Selected Gain of Function Research Involving Influenza, MERS, and SARS Viruses (www.phe.gov/s3/dualuse/Documents/gain-of-function.pdf), and the current paper has been reviewed by the funding agency, the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Continuation of these studies has been requested and approved by the NIH.”

Now that you have read those excerpts which he cited, you will more-readily be able to understand his video discussion of them.

He isn’t entirely clear about what his theory is as to why these experiments were sub-contracted to China instead of having been carried out in UNC Chapel Hill or one of the other biowarfare labs in the U.S.

I infer from his presentation that the U.S. Government wanted to increase the percentage of people who hate and fear China, so as to support war against China. In 2016 (when that key paper was published), only 12% of Americans considered China to be “U.S.A.’s greatest enemy.” That became 11% in 2018. It soared to 21% in 2019. It rose to 22% in 2020. Then it doubled to 45% in 2021. In 2023 it is 50%. But other theories might also be proposed in order to explain why these experiments were sub-contracted-out to China. Martin appears to believe that whatever the reason is, all of this is in accord with virtually 100% of the members of Congress, and that therefore none of them wants answers to such questions.

In any case, since a weapon that cannot be targeted is stupid, the U.S. Government is by far the world’s biggest investor in that stupidity, and was the world’s first Government to carry out a biological-warfare campaign — in 1952, against North Korea. This time, however, it has been a very successful campaign to judge by Americans’ soaring hatred against China. But if that is so, that is psychological warfare against the American people, which is being waged against us by our own Government, in order to get us to cheer-on our Government’s war against China. However, the U.S. regime is losing that war, too: its war against China.

Perhaps all that this Government can conquer is its own people — by its incessant lies.
