The Four Horsemen of the Western Apocalypse

Europe is plagued by a series of existential crises – all self-inflicted. A dominant therapeutic culture preaches utopian but deadly truisms. These wounds are now in their final stages, destroying the very civilization once conceived as “heaven on earth.”

First rider: Radical climate utopianism

Global warming hysteria wasn’t content with a gradual shift away from traditional fuels. Instead, elites forced through immediate “net zero” mandates.

The consequences:

• Dependence on expensive, unreliable solar and wind sources.
• Electricity and fuel prices exploded.
• Nuclear power, coal, gas and oil were shut down.

Germany – once Europe’s economic powerhouse – became a shell of its former self. In the US, Obama and Biden pursued the same course, without regard for the costs or consequences for the middle and lower classes.

Second rider: Demographic suicide

In the West, the perception that normative lifestyles no longer exist took hold. The nuclear family with two or three children was considered outdated.

Children were viewed as a hindrance to self-realization. Large families were seen as a burden, and the traditional model was viewed as discriminatory.

The result:

• Birth rates at historic lows – 1.4 in Europe, 1.6 in the USA.
• Societies age, stagnate, implode.

Science, media, politics and foundations supported these narratives of “empowerment” – contrary to all historical evidence.

Third rider: Uncontrolled immigration

For decades it has been clear: migration only works if it is legal, moderate, performance-oriented and accompanied by integration measures.

The West ignored this and destroyed its borders.

The result:

• Millions of impoverished, untested migrants with no will or ability to integrate.
• Growing crime, social burdens, unrest.

Fourth Horseman: New Tribalism

Under the guise of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), elites promoted a policy of reparation for alleged and ancient sins such as slavery, colonialism, sexism, and homophobia.

But:

• These evils were widespread throughout the world.
• Only the West abolished slavery and curbed tribalism.

Ironically, precisely where meritocracy and freedom attract millions of migrants, a new tribal mentality is now taking root. Privileges created by the “eternal victim role” are destroying the Enlightenment idea of the free people.

Hope and way out

The Four Horsemen were welcomed by a small and privileged elite – people who believed their freedom and wealth were unshakeable birthrights.

But rescue is possible:

• Return to the values of the Christian tradition, which has an integrative effect.
• Resistance to radical climate regulations – sober cost-benefit analysis.
• Return to larger multi-generational and traditional two-parent families (husband and wife).
• Integration of migrants into the values of the host countries – or return.
• Stand up against tribalism and identity-political divisions.

The victim role ends when the supposedly disadvantaged themselves say: “Enough is enough.”
