Where is the pandemic? Total deaths in 2020 are NO DIFFERENT than prior years

A couple of months ago a study at John’s Hopkins University was taken down because it showed that total deaths in the US in 2020 were no different than prior years.

In 22 November an article in a newsletter published at Johns Hopkins University showed that total deaths in the US have not increased dramatically in 2020 when compared to prior years. The article was taken down because an official stated that it “was being used to support false and dangerous inaccuracies about the impact of the pandemic.”

The study, titled “A closer look at U.S. deaths due to COVID-19,” was conducted by Dr. Genevieve Briand, assistant program director of the applied economics master’s degree program at the university. Her analysis made the astonishing conclusion that “in contrast to most people’s assumptions, the number of deaths by COVID-19 is not alarming. In fact, it has relatively no effect on deaths in the United States.

Dr. Briand compiled a graph from data on the CDC website representing percentages of total deaths per age category from early February to early September, which includes the period from before COVID-19 was detected in the U.S. to after infection rates soared. Remarkably, the deaths of older people were unchanged prior to and after the advent of COVID-19. Because COVID-19 primarily impacts the elderly, experts anticipated an increase in the percentage of deaths in older age groups. But the CDC data didn’t support this presumption. In fact, the percentages of deaths among all age groups remain relatively the same.

As Dr. Briand noted, “[t]he reason we have a higher number of reported COVID-19 deaths among older individuals than younger individuals is simply because every day in the U.S. older individuals die in higher numbers than younger individuals.” She subsequently determined that the range of deaths among the older population was within the range of past years.

If COVID-19 has actually had no statistically meaningful impact on U.S. mortality rates, why are the mainstream reporting bordering on hysterical? Let’s dig deeper.

It’s a premise of disease progression that it will be experienced an increase in the total number of deaths by all causes, primarily due to heart disease, respiratory diseases, influenza and pneumonia. As Dr. Briand notes, “This is true every year. Every year in the U.S. when we observe the seasonal ups and downs, we have an increase of deaths due to all causes.

But her analysis led to yet another revelation when she examined the 2020 data during the same period, because COVID-19-related deaths exceeded deaths from heart diseases. This was peculiar because heart disease is generally the leading cause of death. She finally discovered the truth: when she compared the frequency of deaths per cause during that period, she learned that as opposed to the predicted increase across all causes, there was a statistically significant decrease in deaths attributed to heart disease.

The most revealing finding is that “[t]his trend is completely contrary to the pattern observed in all previous years” and, most suspicious, “the total decrease in deaths by other causes almost exactly equals the increase in deaths by COVID-19.”

We should generally be skeptical when we see an overwhelming consensus among scientists, be it in the politically jaded world of climate change or, indeed, COVID-19. The unavoidable conclusion is that the statistics are fundamentally misleading and that for what appears to be political reasons, deaths from other diseases are being categorized as COVID-19 deaths.

All of this makes the comments by top pathologist Dr. Roger Hodkinson even more profound, as he said the COVID “crisis” is “the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public”; it’s “politics playing medicine, and that’s a very dangerous game.” This is no tinfoil hat conspiracy alarmist. Dr. Hodkinson received his general medical degrees from Cambridge University in the U.K., where he was a scholar at Corpus Christi College. Moreover, he is a Royal College–certified general pathologist (FRCPC) and also a fellow of the College of American Pathologists (FCAP).

Humansarefree.com reported also on their study in July 2020 the same aspect: overall deaths are no worse in 2020 than they were in prior years. Because the authorities in the US and across the world use various standards in determining if a death should be considered a coronavirus death, these numbers could not be trusted, even in the US.

Therefore truth investigators believe that the only measurement which can be use to really see the impact of COVID is overall deaths. So, looking at overall deaths, it could be seen that mortality is not any higher than prior years.

Recently another source provided the same support that Big Media, Big Tech and Big Pharma don’t want people to know – dr. David Samadi tweeted:

Deaths in the USA over the years…
2010: 2.5M
2011: 2.5M
2012: 2.5M
2013:2.6M
2014: 2.6M
2015: 2.7M
2016: 2.7M
2017: 2.8M
2018: 2.8M
2019: 2.9M
2020: 2.5M (as of November)

Again, there is data that indicates COVID is not as terrible as China and the US medical professionals would like people to think. This is why the report from Johns Hopkins applied economics department had to be taken down. It has nothing to do with the truth, but everything to do with the message.

What ever happened to just studying and reporting the truth?
