This would be the ideal combination: years and good physical condition. The truth is that we can practically have at hand a recipe for this if we combine a balanced diet, physical activity and the systematic and habitual consumption of certain foods that fill us with energy and help keep us in top condition.

Daily take on the task of preparing a juice that will be a contribution to everything that you propose to allow you to enjoy more of life.

The ingredients that make up this juice are:

Ginger: reduces cholesterol, prevents the formation of ulcers, helps to recover the intestinal flora, relieves migraines and reduces inflammation. But as if all this were not enough, ginger can also relieve pain caused by rheumatoid arthritis and other chronic diseases related to joints.

Carrot: Many times we have seen the comics of the rabbit that eats carrots and develops powers in the view almost supernatural. Not for less; because the carrot with its beta-carotene and its high contents of vitamin A can improve the capacity of vision. And it strengthens the heart, prevents cancer and is good for gums and teeth.
The carrot also contributes to improve the quality of the skin making it more soft, smooth and shiny.

Apple: This should be one of the most popular fruit in the world, but not less beneficial to health. Apples are high in fiber content, they favor the immune system, are ideal for weight loss, contain many antioxidants that are responsible for preventing diseases, and helps the proper functioning of the kidneys and liver.

Lemon: What else can we say about the lemon that has not already been said? It has innumerable benefits mainly related to the reduction of blood pressure, the elimination of toxins from the blood, and its invaluable contribution when it comes to fighting infections, especially those that have to do with the respiratory tract.
It is ideal to stimulate the good functioning of the stomach and the intestines and to favor the evacuation process.

How to prepare this juice?

To prepare this remedy you will need:
- Juice of 1/2 lemon;
- 4 carrots;
- 1 ginger root (2 cm);
- 3 apples.

Preparation:

Preparing this juice is extremely easy. Simply peel all the ingredients after having washed them very well and place them in the blender until obtaining a thick shake.
It is important to keep in mind that the smoothie should be drunk well done and preferably on an empty stomach to better incorporate all its nutrients.
