How to protect yourself against growing environmental threats, including the coronavirus
The world is not getting any safer. The growing number of environmental threats is increasing, and the mainstream media would like you to think that the only way out is through the medical establishment’s ill-contrived “cures”. Unfortunately, these remedies have proven to be moderately helpful at best, and extremely risky at worst, and those with strong discernment have woken up to the fact that their solutions are the perfect recipe for long term health problems.
It’s in a time like this, where fear is growing and common-sense diminishing, to take a deep breath and center oneself, and realize that our natural defenses are the best we have and are up to the challenge when outfitted appropriately. We just need to know what to do, and how to do it.
In that vein, here is some sage advice on protecting yourself from being infected by the most common environmental threats, including the Coronavirus.
Eliminate immune suppressing foods
All too often, out first thought is to add in foods, herb, supplements, and technologies that will help solidify our immune system and mitigate or remove any toxic threats. However, one of the most important things you can do first, is eliminate the foods, habits, and products that are depressing the immune system on a daily basis.
The most obvious ones you want to cut back towards complete elimination are processed sugars, flours, dairy, corn, soy, gluten, hydrogenated fats, and alcohol. These will only suppress your immune system function and make you a sitting duck for infection. It is also not a bad idea to cut back on the next layer of common habits that can compromise the immune system, like caffeinated beverages and animal protein (especially conventional).
This will give your digestive system and liver a much-needed resuscitation, which will in turn liberate some energy for the immune system to do its work when required.
Purify your indoor environment
There’s very little you can do to control the environment in public places, but you can make adjustments to ensure your home and working space is clean and relatively free of pathogenic microorganisms.
The first thing you can consider is an indoor air purifier that is effective at removing pathogenic bacteria and viruses, along with other contaminants that can irritate your airways. If that’s not a reasonable choice for you, consider essential oils and a cold diffuser. Most essential oils have some antibacterial and antiviral qualities, but some of the strongest include lavender, cinnamon, oregano, thyme, eucalyptus, peppermint, and tea tree oil.
Block or transmute non-native EMFs (or EMRs)
Another major concern that is being aggressively ramped up is the prevalence of non-native EMFs, otherwise known as electromagnetic frequencies or electromagnetic radiation. These physical fields produced by electrically charged objects are becoming omnipresent, and are something we bask in every single day. If you are ever near power lines, transformers, airports, computers, cell phones, household appliances alarm clocks, or any other device that is electrically charged, you are being bombarded with non-native EMFs.
How dangerous are these non-native EMFs? A $25 million dollar study that was published by the National Toxicology Program concluded that EMR is a “definite” carcinogen, linking cell phone radiation to cancers of the heart and brain.
With high speed 5G being rolled out, this threat becomes even more intense. With cell towers being potentially placed as close as every 10-12 homes in urban regions, this densely packed grid with hyper focused EMFs will emit unprecedented levels of radiation on people, creating electrical chaos in our body and cells.
Bottom line, EMFs cause considerable distress inside the body, and need to mitigated on a personal level since the telecom industry seems to have the green light to unleash this technology as liberally as it wants. Some simple ideas to help offset this electrical onslaught include earthing (grounding to the physical earth with bare skin); EMF transmuting or blocking technologies for cell phones, computers, and electronics; air tubes (headphones) in place of air pods; shutting off WiFi as much as possible; orgonite pyramids; shungite or black tourmaline crystals; and personal protection with EMF transmuting technologies that can be carried on your body.
This could be one of the gravest and most undetected environmental threats of our day especially when found in combination with other environmental threats, and understanding it and taking precautions is paramount.
Add in the infection fighters and immune supporters
There are no shortage of foods and herbs that will effectively fight infections, despite conventional medicine’s leaning towards toxic prescriptions and injections that only initiate more toxic burden to the body.
Some excellent antibacterial foods and herbs to consider, include (choose at least 3-4 to consume daily): garlic, onion, turmeric, ginger, lemon, cayenne, peppermint, cinnamon, clove, echinacea, Oregon grape root, goldenseal, marshmallow root, uva ursi, yarrow, and colloidal silver.
As for fighting viruses, you may want to consider taking the following antivirals a bit more liberally (daily) as part of your natural defense (choose at least 3-4 to consume daily): cat’s claw, pau d’arco, astragalus, elderberry, lemon balm, licorice root, olive leaf, ginger, vitamin C, fennel, colloidal silver and oregano oil.
You can also include some powerful immune support, through adaptogenic herbs (medicinal mushrooms, siberian ginseng, astragalus, gynostemma), vitamin D, zinc, and probiotics (supplement or consider sauerkraut, coconut kefir, apple cider vinegar and kombucha).
Anti-viral and immune boosting recipes
This might seem like a lot, but if you can incorporate some practical recipes into your life, it will be relatively easy to get many of these things in on a day to day basis.
First of all, you can incorporate a daily smoothie that incorporates many of these antibacterial, antiviral, and immune supporting nutrients like lemon, lime, turmeric, ginger, fennel, and vitamin C. My “Party Time Smoothie” is very popular due to its deliciousness, but also because of its ability to fight off pathogenic microorganisms.
Also, you can easily enjoy a medicinal latte on a daily basis, that delivers adaptogenic herbs and antibacterial spices, and tastes great. The coconut chaga latte (medicinal mushroom) is a great way to do that.
Finally, you can create one of the strongest antibacterial, antiviral, and immune supporting tonics, the Antibiotic Tonic. This recipe is made to work, not necessarily to taste, but incorporating it into your daily routine will give you exceptional protection. If an infection does arise, it can also be used effectively to remove bacterial and viral infections.
Of course, during times like these it is important to be emotionally centred and not become chronically fearful. Wash your hands regularly, keep them out of your mouth, eyes, and nose, and use natural hand sanitizer (colloidal silver or essential oils and water) when in public places.
Of course, if things get real ugly, taking additional precautions like surgical masks may be necessary, especially in closed quarters like on flights. Just make sure to use one that attaches in a way that doesn’t allow any airflow into the nose and mouth area. A loose-fitting mask will not be particularly helpful in evading airborne contamination, so choose one wisely.
In the end, with the right plan in place, you can survive the latest threat of the Coronavirus, and others environmental threats that are here and yet to come.
