For on April 19th, 2019, a Canadian UFO researcher by the name of Grant Cameron (AFAIK) uploaded what would soon be called “The Wilson Memo” to the internet, and involved Admiral Thomas Wilson, who was Director of the DIA from ’99 until 2002 (AKA, the job Michael Flynn held under Obama), and prior to that was also the former head of intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the late Clinton years (J-2, from ’97-’99).

You can check out his biography on the DIA’s website.

This memo was written by Dr. Eric Davis, who was scientist and a member of the National Institute for Discovery Sciences (NIDS), which was owned by billionaire Robert Bigelow, of Bigelow Aerospace (another Lockheed competitor).

This is an interesting point, because Robert Bigelow was also the owner of Skinwalker ranch at some point, which is a location where a number of cows vanished, or otherwise turned up mutilated over the years. Notably, George Knapp – the same reporter who interviewed Bob Lazar – was the only reporter allowed on the ranch during the years Bigelowed owned the land.

Anyway, Robert Bigelow owns the Budget Hotel chain (which is where he made his billions), plans on launching a space hotel by 2022, and is a close, personal friend of Former Democratic Senator Harry Reid.

Bigelow Aerospace branched off into Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (or BAASS).

BAASS then made a bid for a secret Pentagon program that was part of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) which was granted an annual budget of 22 million dollars from the Dept. of Defense.

The New York Times would expose the program in 2017.

“Glowing Auras and ‘Black Money’: The Pentagon’s Mysterious U.F.O. Program

The shadowy program began in 2007 and was largely funded at the request of Harry Reid, the former Senate majority leader, who has had a longtime interest in space phenomena.”

“In the $600 billion annual Defense Department budgets, the $22 million spent on the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program was almost impossible to find. Which was how the Pentagon wanted it.

For years, the program investigated reports of unidentified flying objects, according to Defense Department officials, interviews with program participants and records obtained by The New York Times. It was run by a military intelligence official, Luis Elizondo, on the fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring, deep within the building’s maze.

The Defense Department has never before acknowledged the existence of the program, which it says it shut down in 2012. But its backers say that, while the Pentagon ended funding for the effort at that time, the program remains in existence. For the past five years, they say, officials with the program have continued to investigate episodes brought to them by service members, while also carrying out their other Defense Department duties.

The shadowy program – parts of it remain classified – began in 2007, and initially it was largely funded at the request of Harry Reid, the Nevada Democrat who was the Senate majority leader at the time and who has long had an interest in space phenomena. Most of the money went to an aerospace research company run by a billionaire entrepreneur and longtime friend of Mr. Reid’s, Robert Bigelow, who is currently working with NASA to produce expandable craft for humans to use in space.

On CBS’s ‘60 Minutes’ in May, Mr. Bigelow said he was “absolutely convinced” that aliens exist and that U.F.O.s have visited Earth.

Working with Mr. Bigelow’s Las Vegas-based company, the program produced documents that describe sightings of aircraft that seemed to move at very high velocities with no visible signs of propulsion, or that hovered with no apparent means of lift.

Officials with the program have also studied videos of encounters between unknown objects and American military aircraft – including one released in August of a whitish oval object, about the size of a commercial plane, chased by two Navy F/A-18F fighter jets from the aircraft carrier Nimitz off the coast of San Diego in 2004.”

And this is where our tangent gets weird. Luis Elizondo, the head of the AATIP program, came out and said that the program didn’t end in 2012, but was ongoing.
And he did so with George Knapp.

That’s right, the same guy who interviewed Lazar years ago, and the only reporter allowed on-site at the Skinwalker Ranch.

Is Knapp a possible Mockingbird?
I’d have to say most definitely within the realm of possibility.

You’ll note, in the video above, Knapp says that Elizondo here was instrumental in getting that UFO footage (the “Tic-tac” UFO) declassified by the Pentagon.

Elizondo now serves on the board at former Blink-182 frontman Tom DeLonge’s To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences. To The Stars Academy is the very same organization that would be plugged by none other than Hillary Clinton’s former campaign manager… John Podesta.

In fact, DeLonge would have some e-mails he sent to Podesta get leaked in the Wikileaks Podesta dump:

So yeah… there’s some Cabal shenanigans going on here.

That doesn’t mean all the information we have thus far is incorrect, nor does it mean we get to discount everything we’ve heard. It’s a warning to remember Cooper’s warning that the Cabal will manufacture an Alien threat, if necessary, and that we need to proceed with caution and skepticism.

But to loop things back around for a moment, the whole reason we went down that rabbit-trail was to establish the organization Dr. Eric Davis was a part of.

As Richard Dolan notes, Davis is also a close friend of Dr. Hal Putoff… who is also a member of the To the Stars Academy run by DeLonge…

Putoff also owns the company Earthtech, and helped develop the protocols for the CIA’s classified remote viewing program at Stanford. Yes, he was the guy working with Uri Geller, and you can see both in this trailer for an upcoming documentary about this program:

This particular memo comes from 2002 and documents a conversation between Admiral Wilson and Dr. Davis, and basically… confirms the existence of a program to study Alien Technology… The major theme running through the document is that Admiral Wilson is being denied access to these programs, when really, he of all people should have been able to have access to. And here was this contractor just stonewalling him.

In other words, this Majestic-12 level clearance stuff, working in conjunction with private industry (private military contractors) to accomplish this research/protect these programs.

And if you’re paying attention, you’ll note that in the very first page, there’s a mention of that same contractor that Lazar got his recommendation to S-4 from: EG&G.

Did you catch it?
“MJ-12/UFO Cabal… there is such an organization in existence.”

That’s from “TW” (Admiral Thomas Wilson). Greer/Miller/Mitchell are references to UFO researcher Dr. Steven Greer, Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, and a U.S. Navy Lt. Commander Willard Miller.
