Where Can We Pray?
Prayer can be realised everywhere, on the condition that it is done with serenity and calmness. The reason for this is that it is only at the moment when the activity of the mind stops can we hear the word of God.
Nothing can stop us praying in churches, temples, synagogues or mosques; however these places are not indispensable and we can pray even more efficiently in our own room or out in nature.
There is no place or moment when a prayer is not welcome. Nothing can stop us raising our thoughts and heart towards God. The gate of our heart should always be open to invite the celestial guest to come and live in it. We should live so close to God that at every unexpected moment our thoughts should orient towards Him, like the flower towards the Sun.
