Meditation (Dhyana)
Meditation is an ancient method to reduce agitation in our inner and outer life, creating harmony between the individual and his social and spiritual life. It does not rely on faith, and can bring perfection both in our inner self and outer self, as it simplifies our lives and enriches our souls. It confers on us calmness, understanding, freedom and peace.
This is a modality that can transform, that brings much understanding and wisdom that is hard to express in words. Those who practise it are carried to a much deeper and real dimension one could say, of the whole perception of existence.
Meditation is approached in many religions: Hinduism, Sufism, Judaism, Christianity and Shamanism in different and specific ways and aspects.
