A Healing Genital Massage – What Is Karsai Nei Tsang?

by Christina Antonyan

“Often the hands will solve a mystery that the intellect has struggled with in vain.” Carl Jung.

In 2014 I attended a Tao and Tantra workshop in Chiang Mai Thailand. During this workshop I learned many principles of the Universal Healing Tao system including two healing massages I had never heard of:
– Chi Nei Tsang;
– Karsai Nei Tsang.

I immediately scheduled both massages on back-to-back days, starting with Chi Nei Tsang.

What Is Chi Nei Tsang Massage?

Chi Nei Tsang is a Chinese term for internal organ.

Chi massages help release stress and promote healing by using certain types of techniques directly applied on the abdominal area where stress, tension and negative emotions accumulate.

My therapist said, “When our abdomen area feels heavy, bloated or knotted up, the entire energy of the body is blocked.”

When this occurs, all the vital energy functions strain slowly weakening the internal organs and decreasing energy.

Chi Nei Tsang massages release any pent-up negative emotions, tensions and sicknesses, bringing comfort and relief to the abdomen and vital energy to the internal organs.

Chi Nei Tsang is also effective in the treatment of digestive problems, such as irritable bowel syndrome, bloating and constipation. It eliminates toxins in the gastrointestinal tract and promotes lymphatic drainage.

Before I went in for these massages I didn’t feel I had any blockages. But I did experience mild pain from time to time in my tailbone area that sometimes trickled down to my kneecap. This pain kept coming and going for a couple of weeks. During the Chi Nei Tsang massage I didn’t feel the pain at all, the massage was very soothing and relaxing over all.

The second day I went for the Karsai Nei Tsang massage.

What is Karsai Nei Tsang Massage?

Karsai Nei Tsang is an extension of Chi Nei Tsang.

In the universal healing Tao system Karsai Nei Tsang focuses on the therapeutic massage of the genitals to release emotional and physical blockages in the pelvic area.

When the genitals suffer from blockages, the Ching Chi (sexual chi) is not free to circulate through the body, which is then deprived of this powerful healing energy.
Karsai means sedimentation in the veins.

For women this includes massaging the internal walls of the vagina and anus.

First we started with the abdomen massage, then transitioned to the genital massage. The masseuse started pressing on pressure points inside the walls of my vagina. When she pressed on the right side of my vagina I immediately felt the same pain I had been feeling in my tailbone region. The pain quickly made its way down to my kneecap. I was shocked.

I knew my body was interconnected, but I had no idea my genitals were so closely connected to my organs and many other parts of my body as shown in this diagram.

Luckily, during the anus massage there was no pain there. Then the massage came to an end.

I felt great afterwards and this was another eye opening experience that reminded me the importance of taking care of oneself and how our body is an interconnected mechanism on all levels.

In order to have healthy, functioning genitals we need a rich supply of blood flow.
When this blood flow becomes blocked with crystal like sedimentation and fatty deposits, the human sexual arousal response is greatly affected.

With poor blood flow to the genital area men will experience difficulty in getting and maintaining erections.

A woman’s arousal also depends on a healthy blood flow, as she will have difficulty with producing sexual fluids necessary for penetration as well as getting the proper swelling in her labia and clitoris.

Karsai Nei Tsang releases the blockages that cause poor blood flow so that men and women can regain healthy sexual function.

Another important benefit of Karsai Nei Tsang is an improved hormonal balance.
When the circulatory flow in the genital area increases, hormones are more easily released.

A healthy balance of hormones stimulates the sexual and brain functioning.
When we have healthy hormonal function we are given some protection against many of the age related problems such as memory loss, back pain, poor circulation, problems associated with menopause, and sexual libido.

According to universal healing Tao system around age forty is when blockages start to manifest in our body.

Karsai Nei Tsang is especially important for men and women over the age of forty and for anyone who feels blocked sexually.

The ancient Taoists realized that negative emotions cause serious damage to one’s health, weakening both physical and spiritual functions.

They understood that each human emotion is an expression of energy and that certain emotions could indicate the negative energy behind many physical ailments.
They also identified a specific cycle of relationships between the emotions and the organs.

For example, the experience of a “knot” in one’s stomach indicated the presence of worry, the negative emotion that accumulates in the stomach and spleen.

The Taoists discovered that most illnesses could be healed once the underlying toxins and negative forces were released from the body. They developed the art of Chi Nei Tsang (which includes Karsai Nei Tsang) to recycle and transform negative energies that obstruct the internal organs and cause knots in the abdomen.

Chi Nei Tsang clears out the toxins, bad emotions, and excessive heat or heat deficiencies that cause organs to dysfunction. So the next time you find yourself feeling sexually blocked or feel pains that doctors or other healthcare professionals are unable to alleviate consider turning to ancient wisdom for help.
