God the Father is permanently in all and in everything
By yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru
GOD the Father is like the gigantic ocean and all its waves. There are many kinds of fish in the ocean, and neither of them can live outside of it. Even an apparently minuscule thread of sand, always contains GOD the Father, Who is present in it, in one way or another. With the exception of GOD the Father, no one will ever be able to know completely the boundless depths of this infinite ocean.
It is very good to meditate profoundly about GOD the Father every morning and every evening before bed. This practice, that will become for you a habit, will quiet the mind very much, and also will gradually purify your soul. In this way you will obtain an ineffable state of detachment and lucidity.
GOD the Father is not only in a specific place, and He can be felt not only on a specific spiritual path, GOD the Father is in all and in everything, and in the same time He is beyond all of these.
If you entrust yourself to Him completely, you will discover that GOD is with you all the time. You don’t need to work too hard for this. You just need to realize that you exist only through Him, and that in reality GOD is everything for you. Always be firm in sustaining this truth and in living it profoundly and completely.
GOD speaks to us both through flowers, and through the mouth of the people that are inspired by Him. It is important for us to be able to understand this every time, and to succeed in grasping correctly all that He says to us.
Always, without exception, you need to have total trust in GOD the Father first, and then in yourself.
Realize, at least at times, how good it is when we can profoundly awaken our heart and pray to GOD, filled with love, until tears fall from our eyes, like a child who calls in tears for his almighty Father.
Before all and everything, praise GOD, through Whom everything is always possible. This fundamental inner attitude allows you to put everything in the right place and in a fair Godly perspective.
