Healing plants that can be successfully used in spiritual practice to activate the subtle energy centers of force
To activate the subtle energy centers of force, in addition to specific yogic methods, we can use certain healing plants (curing herbs), which if ingested daily, with perseverance, will allow the awakening in our being of the energies specific to each center of force through the very fine processes of resonance with the beneficent energies of the Macrocosm induced by the healing plants.
One of the simplest methods that allow us the perception and activation of the subtle effects of a beneficent plant, is its sublingual administration of the dry powder from the indicated part of this plant. This method was developed by yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru on the basis of some ancient Oriental methods, in order to benefit as much as possible from the subtle energetic potentialities of plants. To do this we will grind the part to be used from the chosen plant by means of an electric grinder. We can possibly sift it through a fine sieve in order to obtain a homogeneous powder, after which we place the resulting powder underneath our tongue (previously moistening it slightly with our own saliva) and we keep it sublingual for about 20 minutes. During this time it is good to remain interiorized, with our eyes closed, in a posture of meditation in which we keep our back straight and to perceive carefully the effect the plant generates in our being.
