In absence of a reaction from the Romanian government, there are more interpellations of eurodeputies in the Gregorian Bivolaru – MISA case

We have already published on the yogaesoteric.net site certain letters addressed by European officials to the Romanian authorities referring to the Gregorian Bivolaru – MISA case, letters that were provided for us by various organizations for the defense of human rights that have brought this case to the attention of European institutions.

In absence of a reaction from the Romanian government and the Ministry of Justice, there are more interpellations of eurodeputies in the Gregorian Bivolaru – MISA case. This time we publish a letter signed by Jean Lambert, Green Member of the European Parliament for London. Not by accident at all, it is not only the Romanian officials that are pretending that nothing happened, but also the media is completely silent regarding these aspects.

We notice the fact that, all in all, representatives of all parliamentary groups have taken a stand in order to signal the Romanian authorities that abuses in the Gregorian Bivolaru case must stop!!!

THE PRIME MINISTER OF ROMANIA
ROMANIAN MINISTER OF JUSTICE

We respectfully request your attention in an important judicial case that is currently awaiting the final decision in the Supreme Court of Romania.
It was brought to our attention by private persons and human rights organizations that there might be irregularities in the judicial procedures in the case no. 405/85/2005,regarding Gregorian Bivolaru.
After eight years of trials and two positive decisions in the courts in favour of Mr. G. Bivolaru, we hereby express our concern about information we have received about this case which indicates that unjust actions may be taking place around the case which is currently in the final stages in The Supreme Court of Romania, including instances of pressure being put upon the judges with the purpose of influencing the outcome of the case.
 
We thank you for your cooperation and at the same time we have the strong belief that justice will prevail.
