The 14th anniversary of LiveOnlineYoga is a spiritual milestone and we would like to express our gratitude, from the bottom of our hearts, to all those who have helped and supported us, over the past fourteen years!
On 11 December 2014 the United Nations adopted a resolution (co-sponsored by more than 170 Member States) to commemorate the International Day of Yoga.
As coordinator of this project, ATMAN – The International Federation of Yoga and Meditation invites individuals and students from all yoga schools worldwide to join in love, acceptance and spiritual union in celebration of this special day, which coincides with the Summer Solstice on Friday 21 June 2019.
Spiritual Experiences from The Revealing of the Self Camp
“Throughout the meditations of the revelation of the self and the practice of Shambava Mudra, I perceived an intense dynamization of the superior chakras: Anahata, Vishuddha and Ajna, as well as a dynamization and ascension of Kundalini Shakti. During the meditations, I was careful not to control or resist, but to abandon myself and become an observer of these processes.
During the initial meditations, it took a greater effort for me to become a detached observer, but the more I centered in the heart, the more these limits faded as if magically dissolved till they disappeared. I became increasingly aware of being identified with the mind, which causes one to label everything and be one with the thoughts. I became more aware of what it is like to transcend the mind, to access a state of void, of tranquility, followed by an increasingly opening of the heart. While following the steps of the method which our spiritual guide offered us, and while more and more profound integration in the heart took place, I realized a more conspicuous state of presence. I realized that this reality is immense, much greater than I had ever imagined. The more present I was there, the more this space grew and the more I realized how important it is to be in contact with this reality. As a result of several meditations, I realized how a certain type of discernment developed inside of me. And I realized that it is inside this space that discernment lies, as well as true love, authentic beatitude and tranquility. I realized the importance, and even the duty of creating a durable and permanent connection with this space. I realized I was truly experiencing the present moment. That time is only present in our minds.
The meditation of communion with Jesus Christ In the beginning I was focused on the outside world, to which I was paying a lot of attention. I closed my eyes, found a more comfortable meditation position and gradually I perceived a fine communion with an energy that was vibrating in my heart. I felt that this energy was transporting me in a state of exceptional humility and endless love. The more I detached form the agitation of the mind (using Shambava Mudra), I felt I could abandon myself to this energy even more. I was simply present; I was not willing to label anything that happened, but to simply be and savor the experience to the fullest. I felt how the heart was opening, how it grew and started to “breathe”. I was entering a deeper and deeper state of love. At some point, I straightened my back even more and rose my head higher. I instantly felt how Vishuddha Chakra was activating and resonating with these energies with growing intensity. It felt like an explosion, as a result of which I felt that I was being nourished through this chakra, by accessing a special type of fantastic energies that I had not been aware of until then. When the music stopped, I needed some time to return to the ordinary existence. A was left with an extraordinary state of “purity” at the level of the heart – in Anahata chakra and Vishuddha chakra. A loving hug to you all. Thank you.”
