Who Benefits? Did Western Intelligence Agencies Poison Skripal?

The suspected nerve agent attack upon former Russian intelligence officer Sergei Skripal, which also affected his daughter in the English city of Salisbury, has given rise to too much speculation, too much hysteria, and too little analysis or insight. It has provided ammunition for the Russophobic Western media to make accusations that it was another example of Russia in general and Vladimir Putin in particular disposing of a supposed enemy of the Kremlin.

As with the Mueller investigation into the alleged Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election, there are accusations with varying degrees of wildness, but little or no actual evidence that would get past first base in any independent court of law.

First, what are the known facts, only some of which have been accurately reported in the western mainstream media? The victim (assuming it was a deliberate attack upon him and his daughter) was formerly a Colonel in the Russian military intelligence service (the GRU). This is the largest of the Russian intelligence agencies and, as with its western equivalents, has a wide variety of functions, of which “spying” is only one.

In the early 1990s Skripal was recruited by an MI6 agent, Pablo Miller, whom the British media declined to name. Miller was an MI6 agent in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. Miller’s main task was recruiting Russians to provide information about their country to the British. An interesting fact, possibly coincidental, was that the MI6 officer under diplomatic cover in Moscow at this time was Christopher Steele. Steele was later to become better known as the principal author of the infamous Trump dossier.

When Steele returned to London, he ran MI6’s Russia desk between the 2006 and 2009. The information that Skripal disclosed would have been given to Steele, first in Moscow and later in London.

Skripal was arrested in 2004. In 2006 he was convicted of treason and sentenced to 18 years imprisonment. In 2010 he was released as part of a prisoner exchange deal with Russian spies in U.S. jails. He went to live in the United Kingdom where he has lived in supposed retirement ever since. Another interesting fact, although again possibly coincidental, is that Salisbury, where Skripal lived, is only about 12 kilometers from Porton Down, the U.K.’s principal research center for nerve agents.

If the Russians had wanted to kill him, they had ample opportunity to do so during the years when he was imprisoned or the eight years he lived in retirement in Salisbury. If they did wish to kill him, it is not a very credible that they would do so very publicly and by a means that could not be bought off the shelf in the local pharmacy. The handling and the administering of these very dangerous substances require professional expertise. The obvious candidates for the attempted murder are therefore government agencies, but which government is the unanswered question.

This is where the facts become thinner, but the interesting connections of Skripal offer scope for some tentative hypotheses. While living in Salisbury, Skripal became friendly, according to a report in the UK newspaper the Daily Telegraph, with none other than the aforementioned Pablo Miller – whom the Telegraph declined to name but has since been identified on the web.

Miller is now working with a British security consultancy named Orbis Business Intelligence. Again according to the Telegraph, Miller’s association with this company has now been removed from Miller’s LinkedIn profile.
The obvious question again is: why do so now?

Is Poisoning An Ex-Double Agent and His Daughter An MI6 False Flag?

Shortly after the scandal begun, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Russia would respond regarding the alleged poisoning of 66-year-old ex-double agent Sergei Skripal and his 33-year-old daughter Yulia only after an official request from the British government.

Skripal and his daughter were allegedly poisoned in Salisbury on March 4th and were hospitalized in critical condition.
Without presenting any evidence implicating Russia, British Prime Minister Theresa May has gone on a tirade against Russia which included the expulsion of 23 diplomats on March 13.

The case is reminiscent of the November 2006 assassination of former Russian FSB and later British MI6 agent Alexander Litvinenko, whose own father Walter disputed the finding that Russia was behind his son’s death.
Litvinenko had been delving into organized crime activities involving Russian oligarch Boris Berezovsky, who was expelled from Russia by Vladimir Putin and fled to London to escape prosecution. Berezovsky was being “sponsored” in Britain by the Duke of Kent – cousin of Queen Elizabeth II.

Litvinenko died of polonium poisoning, the same cause of death as that of late Palestinian President Yasser Arafat. Those closest to Arafat believe the Israeli Mossad killed him. So it makes sense that they were also involved in the Litvinenko poisoning and in the recent case of Skripal.
Mossad agents often do dirty work for both the CIA and MI6. All answer to the Crown and their City of London bankers.

Berezovsky was found dead with a scarf around his neck in 2013 in Ascot, seemingly strangled in the same way that yet another Russian oligarch named Nikolai Glushkov – a friend of Berezovsky – was found in March 2018 in London.
Glushkov’s neighbors say they saw numerous expensive cars in front of his house in the lead up to the murder, including a Ferrari and a Lamborghini. Glushkov, a former Aeroflot executive, was caught up in Putin’s offensive against the oligarchs in 1999. He was convicted of defrauding the Russian airline and served five years in prison before escaping to London.

When the Wall Street boys used their puppet Boris Yeltsin to confiscate Russian state-owned assets in the late 1990’s, the Russian oligarchs – many of whom have dual Israeli citizenship – were their junior partners in the crime.
Considering the skullduggery which they were part of, there are plenty of reasons why the MI6 would want the oligarchs dead. On the other hand, with Russian elections scheduled in the end of March 2018 and Putin predicted to win in a landslide (which he did), no rational person would see any benefit to Putin from these incidents.

Instead, the evidence-free cases of Skripal and Glushkov should be seen as a false flag aimed at keeping old spies quiet while creating yet more propaganda against City of London nemesis Vladimir Putin.
As Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated: “Both Russian and Western media argued that Russia didn’t have any motives. But those who wanted to continue this Russophobic campaign in all spheres probably had these motives.”

Poisoned Russian Spy Was About To Prove MI6 Fabricated Trump Dossier

Sergei Skripal was preparing to return to Russia in exchange for information he said proved that MI6 had fabricated the Trump Dossier in order to delegitimize President Trump.

According to reports, shortly before his poisoning, Skripal was negotiating his return to Russia by offering Russian officials proof that the British Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) had created the Trump Dossier in cooperation with the Obama-Clinton regime.

According to a Kremlin report, in early February (2018), the Federal Security Service (FSB) was contacted by Yulia Skripal – who is the daughter of the former Russian spy Sergei Skripal, and who has lived in London since 2011, and was preparing to return to Russia to marry the son of a high-ranking Russian security official. Her father, already despondent over the death of his son last year, and his wife in 2012, wanted to return to Russia with her – and in exchange for his being allowed to do so, would, in turn, provide proof that MI6 had entirely created what is now known as the discredited Trump Dossier in cooperation with the Obama-Clinton regime designed to destroy the legitimacy of President Trump.

Not being told the peoples in the West, the Kremlin report notes, is that Sergei Skripal was a former Russian military intelligence officer who was recruited by MI6 to be a double agent – and whose recruitment to spy for MI6 was masterminded by MI6 agent Pablo Miller, who worked directly under the Trump Dossier creator, and MI6 officer, Christopher Steele. Also working for Orbis Business Intelligence, Christopher Steele put together the infamous dossier on Trump, that MI6 spy Miller worked for too.

Though the specifics of the offer made to the FSB by Sergei Skripal in order to secure his returning home to Russia remain highly classified, it has been confirmed that Yulia Skripal was discussing this issue with her father, on March 4, when they were both attacked and left in critical condition. The Telegraph news service in London documented that all internet links between Sergei Skripal and Christopher Steele’s Orbis Business Intelligence were being taken down.

The Kremlin report states as well that all the internet links between Sergei Skripal and the creators of the fake Trump Dossier were being scrubbed from existence. Then the British government suddenly began blaming Russia for the nerve gas attack on Skripal and his daughter, but when Russia asked for evidence proving this, the British outright refused to produce it, as the Chemical Weapons Convention, that the UK has signed, along with Russia, demands they do. When questioned in the British Parliament by Labor Leader Jeremy Corbyn as to why this was so, Prime Minister Teresa May’s forces jeer and shout him down – followed by British Defense Secretary Gavin Williamson saying “Russia should go away and shut up”.

With President Putin stating in the Security Council meeting that he was “extremely concerned” by the destructive and provocative stance of the UK, the Kremlin report continues, the British government, nevertheless, has continued to ratchet up it hysteria by blocking a United Nations Security Council draft sponsored by Russia calling for an “urgent and civilized investigation” of the incident in line with international standards. That led Russian Senator Sergey Kalashnikov to warn: “The West has launched a massive operation in order to kick Russia out of the UN Security Council… Russia is now a very inconvenient player for the Western nations and this explains all the recent attacks on our country.”

Important to note, too, is that absolutely no one in the West is even bothering to ask why Russia would break the first cardinal rule of “spy etiquette” in targeting a spy involved in a spy-swap – which neither the Soviet Union or Russia has done even once in over 70 years. Professor Anthony Glees, the director of the Center for Security and Intelligence Studies at the University of Buckingham, points out by correctly stating that if the Russia did, indeed, poison Skripal, “no one will ever do a swap with them again”. He also asks the logical question: “If Russia had really wanted to kill Skripal, why didn’t they execute him when they had him in custody?”

Other logical questions about this supposed nerve gas attack on Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia being suppressed in the West are those such as:
– Did Skripal help Steele to make up the dossier about Trump?
– Were Skripal’s old connections used to contact other people in Russia to ask about Trump dirt?
– Did Skripal threaten to talk about this?
– Was the lonely old man Sergei Skripal preparing to go back to his homeland Russia?
– Did he offer some kind of “gift” as apology to the Russian government that his trusted daughter would take to Moscow?
– Did someone find out and stop the transfer?

Michel Chossudovsky, award-winning author, Professor of Economics (emeritus) at the University of Ottawa, warned that “the entire Western world is insane, and the Western politicians, and presstitutes who serve them, are driving the world to extinction”. Among the handful of experts left to explain where this current Russia hysteria in the West is leading to is the former President Ronald Reagan administration official Paul Craig Roberts, whose warning is both simple and dire: “World War III Is Approaching”.

Putin: Skripal Poisoning Is Terrorist Attack Against Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin said the attack on former spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter is an act of terrorism against Russia and its citizens.

According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the UK’s lack of evidence surrounding the incident indicates that British authorities are attempting to cover-up the fact that there was a terrorist attack on British soil targeting Russia.

Rt.com reports: “The British authorities don’t share any data they received following the probe [on the Skripal case] and don’t answer any questions concerning Yulia Skripal”, Director of Department for Nonproliferation & Arms Control Vladimir Ermakov said at a meeting with representatives from foreign embassies in Russia. He said that Russia insists on being given “all evidence regarding a terrorist attack against Russian citizens at the territory of Great Britain”. Yulia Skripal, 33, who was poisoned along with her father Sergei Skripal in Salisbury earlier in March, is a Russian citizen.

According to an official from the British Embassy who was present at the briefing, London offered “a chance for a bilateral discussion” to Moscow since the start.
London sees the poisoning of Skripal and his daughter as “an attempted assassination” she said, adding that “the UK concluded that it was highly likely that Russia was responsible for the attempted murder of these two people”.

“Then why don’t we carry out a joint investigation, ensuring the transparence of all the data, rather than talk about some sort of Novichok toxic agent”, Ermakov noted, responding to the British official.
Moscow is ready for a joint investigation on the case with London and with the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), according to the diplomat.

Moscow has repeatedly stated that it is ready to cooperate with the UK to investigate the incident which left the former Russian double agent and his daughter in critical condition. However, London seemed to ignore the calls.

The ministry’s top official called all accusations towards Russia “groundless” and “hysterical”. Ermakov said Russia has nothing to do with the poisoning of 66-year-old Skripal, noting that such a “gamble” is not in Moscow’s interests.
“They emphasized that certain chemical substances which they call ‘Novichok’ were used in the poisoning [of the former Russian double agent]. I can say that none of these versions which we’ve heard stands up to any criticism”, he added.

The case has seen many “inconsistencies” and the British side seems to be “confusing evidence” according to Ermakov.
“Logic suggests that there are only two possible things. Either the British authorities are not able to provide protection from such a, let’s say, terrorist attack on their soil, or they – whether directly or indirectly, I am not accusing anyone – have orchestrated an attack on a Russian citizen”, he added.

He said that the UK has not provided any evidence that the substance which was used to poison Skripal and his daughter was produced in Russia.
Russia does not accuse anyone of anything when it comes to the Skripal case, Ermakov said at the briefing.
“We are closely following the developments of the Skripal case… I am sure that the authors and the participants of this provocation will soon be punished… I would like to stress that Russia does not accuse anyone of anything.”

Representatives of Paris and Washington said in their statements that they stand by the UK’s version of events in Skripal case. Ermakov noted that “France has no data of its own”.

The former Russian intelligence officer was a part of a “spy swap” between the US and Russia. Russia released four spies in exchange for 10 Russian agents back in 2010.
