How to use ginger to fight the common cold and cough

Take a small 3-inch piece of ginger and chop it finely. Add half a cup of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 cups of warm water and stir to mixture until it’s combined. Cover it with a plastic wrap and set it aside for 10 minutes. Then you can drink.

Ginger with Cinnamon

Cinnamon and ginger is a miraculous combination because in addition to the healing properties of ginger you get the antiseptic properties of cinnamon. It will eliminate the viruses in your body, sooth your sore throat and stimulate sweating which will help you heal faster.
Prepare a cup of ginger, lemon and honey tea and add half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Stir well and drink.
